We took my Mom to lunch at the restaurant there. The staff was very accommodating in assisting me with a wheelchair for her. We were seated near the windows, and enjoyed a wonderful meal.

Renovations are nice. People are pretty friendly. Wish the newer machines paid out more and it could bring back Texas hold-em and bingo would make it perfect!

We have been going to eat at the grill for almost 20 years. Last night the food was awful. Most of it was cold and over cooked. The chef came out after I told the server the food was bad. He had a crappy attitude with me. No wonder their great servers are leaving. Won't be back to eat.

Lost, lost, lost, not even a bonus. They have their machines way to tight. Takes the fun out of it. Heard the same from others. Won't be back to sometime.

small but very fun! has a lot of the "cheaper" games that the big casinos take out.. worth the trip!

My husband and I went there for a comedian show. Wish their show room was nicer than just pull out chairs. I thought it would be like a theater like sitting so we can all see the stage, esp the short people. :) Overall great show and lots of games.

Your machines are so tight they are not worth playing not even for a little enjoyment when you play 20 dollars on a 30 cent bet and can't win 1 point that is sad. Plus that you have no incentive free play worth coming for. Also snack food area prices are rediculious. The only thing you have is good bartenders and most all other employees. They should all quit and go some place they are appreciated

First time going. Never again. Horrible service. Place is small, boring and uninviting. I wouldnt even call this a casino. Glad i was only up in the area visitng family. Just wanted to have some fun. Cant do that at this place.

Seriously disappointed with this place. False advertisement at its finest. Now I’m not one to complain about something that is free, however, advertising something on your website, and in the flyer in the mail and failing to follow through is incredibly distasteful. Your online promotion clearly stated that if you had on team apparel during the actual game, you would receive $50 in promotional play.
My husband and I thought it would be a great opportunity to get out of town (we came 114 miles) and also be able to receive some sweet promo play without breaking the bank. We also participated in the food drive which was $10 of non-perishable food items in exchange for $10 in rewards play.
Imagine our disappointment when we get to the front of the line (after almost an hour in line) and are told that it is now $25 instead of $50. I know you are able to change promotions with no notice, and yes, it was freee money. However, this was a pretty crappy way to entice people into your establishment under blatantly false pretenses. I believe I once gave this place a 5 star rating, but it has gone drastically downhill. Not sure if I will be partaking in any more of your promotions, being lied to doesn’t feel very good. Way to go Nekoosa.....
