Rooms are smaller than American hotel rooms in comparison. This entire staff from the chefs in the kitchen, to the bell man that greets you at the door, to the people behind the front desk in the lobby were all top notch in my opinion. Ramón Caldron hooked it up though! After being there one night, he asked me how did i like my stay so far? Our conversation was good. He dissected my comments detecting that I thought the rooms were a bit small from my comments. He then hooked me up! Top floor, nice size room and a view! From this experience forward, i found where i plan to continually stay when I visit the DR. Good hotel, good people!

Rooms could be bigger. Always make sure to ask for a room with a window, as there are rooms that are in the middle of the hotel and don't have windows. Service is good.

I was given a key to an occupied room (a portfolio and clothes in the room). We were quickly given another room, but had to offer the key to the old room (they didn’t ask for it) to the employee. Three hours on and a guest was given a key to my room. The banging on the door awoke me from a nap. I am certainly not leaving my personal items in my room should I decide to head out. Disappointing for such a well rated hotel. No trust in the sanctity of your own room makes it hard to suggest others should stay here.

Nice and clean and the restaurant was great,food was awesome and the service excellent and the breakfast delicious, and the driver that took me to the airport was very courteous and helpful, thanks again
