I would give this place 5 stars for the breakfast alone. I've stayed here a few times now and the service is always good, in every part of the hotel from check in to the pool to the restaurant. It's my favorite place to stay in Santiago when I feel like an upgrade

The place is great no matter the reason of your stay. I've stood there many times for business and I found even more than what I needed. The service is efficient and helpful, the WiFi never skips a beat and the food is awesome. However, I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a natural experience as its in the middle of the city.
