I was fortunate enough to visit this beautiful office in February 2018. It has sweeping views of the bay. There's a rooftop deck off the full kitchen which has views of the Space Needle, Mt. Rainer and the bay. The inside is beautifully designed with modern touches and the workspaces are designed for open collaboration. I hope I get to visit again.

The new office is awesome. Bright, shiny, love the giant multi-monitor display in the lobby showing all the ships around the globe. MAJOR upgrade to their last location. Totally groovy place.
On top of that, all of their ships are top-notch and well maintained. Book a cruise to Seattle, then stop by to see the awesome office building!

My cruise was sold in Canadian dollars but I was charged in US dollars. When I brought this to the attention on Holland America I was told that they could not reimburse me the difference because I booked online.

This post is on behalf of my mom. she is sharing this experience with others so they don't subject themselves to the same situation.
The overall experience with this cruise line was poor and disgusting. the room conditions were terrible and to make the experience even worst she found a filthy rusted screw in her food.

I was on the Ryndam Dec 4-11, 2011. It was a horrible experience! The employees were not friendly with the acceptation of Al and Myke in beverages as well as Eric the piano man. I was told by a fellow traveler they had more fun in rehab after their hip replacement than on this cruise! There was a section of railing on the top deck that was missing and not safely secured. I recommend avoiding this cruise line.
