Eating in restruant: rude service, waiters often roll their eyes when asked for refills or asked questions. They also ignore you until last minute.
Ordering room service: rude service also, will hang up without even confirming your order or making sure they get the right room. I had to call 3 times to get my food. Honestly the women here are so rude without reason, no customer service at all.

Hate the fact that you can't call the restaurant directly gotta go thru stupid hotel. Then you have to put up with RUDE SALLY (hotel Receptionist)!!!!!

The Friday buffet is tops. Choose both prime rib and king crab, plus salads.

Don't get the steak! The veggies were so gross I had to spit them back out.
