buffet line long only one lady checking people and supervisor standing back talking to 3 ladies but not helping or putting another lady to help with the long line!!!! whats wrong with management?????

So Saturday I earned a free buffet so me and the wife thought we would check out the food and see if things had improved, we hadn't been there for a long time. Sorry to say the food was even worse than the last trip. Old, cold, dried out horrible food. I was watching the Chef at the Asian section and saw him bare handing all the toppings that people put on the food. He also stuck his bare hand into the bowl of noodles and pulled something out. The cold deserts are warm and kinda nasty. The Prime Rib had a funky smell to it. The ice cream was pretty good. Have fun at the Horseshoe, but don't get sick.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD THERE EVER! NO FROG LEGS & THE CRAB LEGS TASTED SOUR OR SOMETHING! I HAD THE RUNS HALF THE NIGHT!!

Food quality has deteriorated over the years. This is what happens when the bean counters are in charge of purchasing. Cheap cuts of meat. Frozen seafood from Vietnam. Commissary cooked food from boil and serve bags.
