Hit and miss. You either get good food and crappy service, or, like this Saturday night, we had a good server but my husband, who ordered grilled chicken was deathly ill all Saturday night and all day Sunday.

You don't have to be Jewish to eat at this restaurant excellent food but if you're Jewish go ahead baby it's the best

Often good sandwiches, sometimes great, if the quality was consistent much higher rating. However, the staff ALWAYS make it right in the end. Check any take out order before you leave.

I am a platinum card member at the casino and getting take out is always a hassle. Food is good but always have to check my order for missing items that I ordered. Last week the takeout staff " gave away" my order to someone else. Her words. I doubt someone ordered the same combination of items as me as I ordered a lot of food. Waited an hour and a half total for my meal and was not offered a thing to make up for the error. In the end the order was still wrong so I just gave up at that point. Not always a great experience

I have never seen someone so miserable in their job. Counter service was apauling and the server was so rude. Wont be back.

Im a platinum member and they try to discourage you from using your food credit. Server Ally is the worst. Very hungry for a tip but service lousy. Manager not present at all. Complaints to Amy go no where. They pretend to offer help. Disingenuous management.
