The place is busy most of the time. I've never stopped in the McDonalds, I stop at the attached CStore Terrible Herbst. The flag is flying 24/7 and that good enough for me!

Food was fresh and good . then i had a mistake on an order and i called the person named cisco helped me out and got my order redone and replaced the issue. Without hesitation. Great service!!

The place needs a new manager or corporate needs to pay more attention to this site. The floors are dirty,most of the employees are lazy and don't have much ,if any, training in all the areas they need like cleaning and how to treat their employees.

I do not like the fact that they have started to try and upsell every menu entre they have and now have resorted to raising prices almost double on basic food entre items. One thing that is in McDonald's favor is consistency of food quality and taste, not the best, but consistently average enough to be acceptable for quick meals, which are not nearly as frequent now with the price increases.

We were using the kiosk to order our food. We ordered a breakfast meal and couldn't order a large. An employee helped us, but we had to print out the ticket and pay at the counter because she had to correct to order. The kiosk doesn't always have all the options.
If you are her boss... I will not post her name but it was the morning of October 26, 2018 and order number 217.

Place has great customer service. Drive through spoke clearly and made sure my order was correct i believe she was first window stephanie. Im very satisfied with friendlyness and accuracy . I most deff . Will come back the Food was hot and fresh very delicious!!

The customer service people at the store I visit have no personality whatsoever. They rarely smile or say thank you. Quite often you hear them arguing with each other behind the counter. The last time I visited The representative was paying little Attention to me as I was ordering .3 times I had to correct her in order to get the order correct.

Food was not cooked at right temperature cheese hamburger and bun some one needs to train mangers on how to teach there staff to cook based on McDonald's standard.

Dillon was the best! He was out in the lobby and very attentive and friendly. Long day of travel and he was bringing out coffee, etc. Seemed to be doing a great job with ALL patrons in the lobby!
