Saturday lunch for our early family get togther as going away for Xmas.
Food was nice, although quite basic, drink service was disappointing had to wait cause bar was unattended. Very quiet to what Aqua once was, which was fine for us. What made our dining experience Special was the happy, helpful and a bit of a character Cara, our designated Table assistant, had us laughing at times with her cute comments and we were very appreciative of her personality as it was what was needed with the quiet setting. She even came and said goodbye as she was ending her shift, she said we made her day, and she helped make ours. Well done Cara for great customer service, Merry Xmas all.

The standard of food has definately gone down since renovations began. Had dinner last Thursday evening, the roast was dry, there was not a good selection of food and the desserts weren't anything spectacular. Very disappoining considering the price.

My guest and I had a very wonderful and memorable dining experience last Sunday night in Aqua at the The Ville. I have been a regular at this establishment since it opened in the early 80's . I was very pleasantly surprised with the huge improvement in Aqua's Buffet, the meals and service, I have been away for the last year so the difference was easy to see, The presentaion of the roast was "par excellence' and my guest said it was mouth watering and tender . There was a wide and varied range of very delicious and tasty meals, and it was good to see fresh prawns back on the menu not the old farm prawns. there was big range of cold salads and extras as well as yummy hot vegies, the sweets again plenty of choices for everyone with fresh fruit. To further enrich this wonderful dining experience was the very down to earth, friendly, courteous and efficient service from the front desk to the waiters, this was a marked and most welcomed improvement from the old days. I would strongly recommend all my friends and everyone I meet to dine at Aqua. I plan to go back on a regular basis now. Congratulations to all the staff and all who were instrumental in organizing the changes to Aqua. Merle Trembath
