Sad. The best way to describe this Casino that's been newly renovated is Sad. The people gambling here are sad, their attire is sad. The selection of games is also sad. Boo hoo.

There is a Whole evening of Activity at Playtime Casino. The games are fun and great a Variety. Food at Match is wonderfully prepared and delicious. Plan a date night soon. You're not going to be disappointed. Cheers!

Nice place to gamble but avoid the buffet. Most disgusting food I have ever eaten. They used to have excellent food but put a buffet in and totally went down hill.

Have played this casino for past 5 years. Will no longer go there, used to be pretty decent. Now Slot machines are worst paying of all casinos I have played. Put your money in machines and don’t expect to get any playtime at Playtime Casino. Take your money and RUN, don’t walk, go to Chances on Springfield in Kelowna. You have a better chance for ‘playtime’ at Chances Casino where the atmosphere is great, machines will at least let you play. Smoking terrace at ‘playtime casino’ has been shutdown leaving an area of about 8’x3’ to squeeze onto. Zero atmosphere at Playtime Casino Kelowna.

Horrible food!!! Our food was not made the way we ordered it and then while waiting for our food to be remade found 3 long black fabric fibres in two different orders of fries!!! Server told us that kitchen says there was no way they can figure out how the black threads got into our fries!!! Implying we were lying and did it ourselves or that they have no idea which is horrible to not know in a kitchen. The burger we were served had so many black char pieces on the bun meaning the grill hasn’t been cleaned in a long time!!! Less than impressed!!!

been working at the casino doing construction for over a month eat all my lunches there every day .I,ve ate everything on there menu and its all great food ! the staff is amazing . even before this I have never had a bad meal . Thank you
