How to Book Your Cruise from Hard Rock and Maximize Your Comps!

Exciting news for travelers, casino-goers, and loyalty program members! Hard Rock International & Seminole Gaming have launched a new partnership with Royal Caribbean International, offering enhanced rewards and opportunities for benefits.

Cruise certificates are among these new rewards, which feature discounted or fully comped cruises based on play level and/or tier status. These certificates will include select ships and itineraries available for you to book along with an expiration/book-by date.

INSIDER TIP! If you earn this certificate, you are actually eligible for more comp sailings than what is listed. Simply upload the offer to URComped.com (the casino travel partner of Royal Caribbean International), and you’ll earn even more sailings available to you across multiple cruise lines without losing the certificate value - which you’ll still be able to redeem. A personal executive host will be assigned to you to assist with your bookings and work on your behalf to secure additional benefits. URComped can open the door to international sailings, VIP events, and even other resorts! This is a great way to leverage your certificate and maximize your comp offers. Learn more about URComped here.

If you choose to book the certificate directly with the cruise line, there will be an offer code on your certificate along with guidelines on what number to call or what website to go to in order to submit your booking request. Once the cruise line applies the comps to your booking, you’ll then receive a confirmation number along with a notice to pay your port fees and taxes, which are required to finalize your reservation.

How Does the Royal Caribbean and Hard Rock partnership work for players?

Unity by Hard Rock: Members can now receive discounts on Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises vacations and qualify for invite-only cruise giveaways. Top-tier Unity members, assumingly Icon and/or X tiers, will also get an annual complimentary cruise on select ships and itineraries.

Club Royale and Blue Chip Club: Members of Royal Caribbean’s Club Royale and Celebrity Cruises’ Blue Chip Club will benefit from exclusive discounts and perks at participating Hard Rock locations. Premium tier members, assumingly Masters for Royal and Ruby for Celebrity,  will also enjoy annual complimentary trips at select Hard Rock hotels and casinos worldwide.

Points and tier credits are not shared between the organizations, meaning that playing in the casinos on either cruise line will not result in point accrual for Hard Rock and vice versa. Members will earn and redeem points separately within each brand, ensuring that their efforts are rewarded uniquely by each loyalty program.

Currently, these Hard Rock locations are excluded from this program: Sioux City, Tulsa, Biloxi, and Vancouver properties.

Great Time
The casino was very busy during peak hours. Fortunately me and my wife are morning people so we like to go about 5am and at that point you came pretty much pick whatever you want, I had decent luck on dancing drums, wife had decent luck on the firecracker game, no handpays or anything huge but enough go make it fun. Haven't been on royal in a while only complaint is mytime dining is not really mytime, you either reserve your time a year in advance or get in line at 630, carnival does this SOO much better. Also shows are reserved months in advance instead of first come first serve. But overall still a good experience for a short cruise

Slots were tight to me & Slow elevators & dated rooms
The casino slots were tight and table games were even worst. They were hand dealing most of the games and I thought it would be better than the machine shuffle but I actually had the worst luck ever. Not one hand pay for me. The elevators were extremely slow. I had to walk up and down steps. The elevator actually went out of service while several of us were on it, and one lady started hyper ventilating. It opened up about 5 minutes later. It was a very scary moment. The rooms need some updating with more plug. For a Junior Suite the bathroom counter top was small and the furniture is dated. The Windjammer was meh. Carnival has the best hamburgers by far.
