What a great hotel! Fully renovated in 2017, the rooms are beautiful and very relaxing. The service is also great, delicious breakfast! And relaxing by the pool in the tropical garden is the cherry on the cake!

Nice hotel. Nice room. The royal suite room is so very nice. It has everything you need on your trip provided. It has jacuzzi in the middle of the room between the emperor-sized bed (I think it's bigger the king size) & shower room, and the jacuzzi is next to the window, so you can enjoy in it together with great sight.

La atención, buena predisposición y calidez de los empleados es excelente. El hotel es hermoso, la piscina invita a pasar el día, el bar Las Cotorras es caro pero muy lindo. Las habitaciones están completamente remodeladas y quedaron muy bien, amplias y con camas cómodas. El jardín es precioso. El desayuno uno de los mejores que vi. PERO en el momento del CHECK OUT controlar TODOS los gastos porque nosotros éramos 3 personas en 3 cuartos diferentes y todos tuvimos diferencias en las cuentas por consumos adicionales, empleados que modifican la propina, gastos ajenos en nuestra factura, etc. Si uno tiene estos recaudos, el hotel es recomendable 100%.

I love this place....very modern rooms... clean and comfortable... the grounds are really one of the best landcaped hotels i have seen... tjr resturant is abit boring... the best items are the sea food pasta...and the angus grilled steak with baby patatoes... breakfast is the same every morning... but alot of variety and fresh fruits as well... staff is very plesant and although i spoke zero spanish... i had very little issues... the location is centrally located and there are two resturants within 100 feet .. ... i would definitley rebook on my next bussiness trip...
