This is the fair ground. They have a lot of awesome family friendly events, affordable concerts on almost any budget and their security is impressive when rabble tries to come in

Great parking, host lots of good events, cheap parking, decent entry fees. Lots of bathrooms, good security, organized layout.

Brought my family to the Downpour Festival at the fairgrounds. It was an awesome experience, and the park did a great job of hosting the festival.
