Wow, what a wonderful selection of teas! The staff was so helpful and was more than willing to make me samples to taste. I loved the layout of the store, it made it very easy to find what I wanted.

Nice staff and great selection at this location. Unfortunately the company was rude and unless you have a receipt for proof of purchase will not treat you like a customer. I just recently got one bag as a gift. I ended up finding a nail in my bag of tea. Company would do nothing about it since I don’t have a receipt.

Wonderful experience. I came in looking for a random fandom tea, and Cara happily helped me look for it. She even looked into whether it'd be easier and quicker to get it online or in-store. After that, she gave me a free tea for waiting, which I wasn't expecting at all.
Haven't shopped at adagio before, but this experience has peaked my interest!

Their tea selection is great and they have teas for every budget. I like that they have all the teas available to smell instead of having to ask for them behind the counter. The staff was knowledgeable and gave good suggestions. I'll definitely be coming back!

Great place to find more tea than you'll ever need. It's nice to have a large selection and to be able to sample different teas as well.

Very cool store. Hard to shop if you don't bring your glasses because all of the print is on the small side and it's not very bright I side, I like the way it's lit, I just need to wear reading glasses next time.

Although I love tea for myself, I went into Adagio recently looking for a suitable gift for a gift exchange. The associate was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly and I was very happy with her suggestions. The atmosphere is good, they have a big selection, and the company strives to operate on ethical trade principles.
