It only deserves one star because there isn't the option for a half star. We went with some friends and they missed up my son's sandwich twice. The couple with us had to send their burger back 5... FIVE!!!!! times! They even handed him back the ORIGINAL burger he had already taken from the restaurant and returned. Absolutely ridiculous!

Love when there are coupons except we have gone too much recently, the gal at the window recognize us now, hmmm, I think I like this place... Real onions on the burgers

Last evening we went to burger king in the dining room & received the worst service in that location ever. After a 20 minute wait I went up to the counter to inquire concerning our order. I was told " We serve the drive-thru first & it's busy." Then ensured a 10 minute conversation amongst the workers about wjat order is next. I then confirmed they hadn't even started on our order. This led to us obtaining a refund as well as another couple who'd order right behind us. She stated that since under new management that location no longer provides good service. End result the Okmulgee Burger King has lost 4 loyal customers & many to come at that rate.
