I got the crab mac dog and it was pretty good. The crab meat a little flavorless but overall not bad. The real reason for losing the two stars is the duck fat fries. I have had many duck fat fries before at other establishments and the ones at Stuggy's were nothing special at all. On top of the lack of flavor, they were $6 for a mall tray of fries. I learned my lesson. Not big enough to share, and not good enough to shell out $6.

My husband and I were in Fells point celebrating our first wedding anniversary. On Sunday we decided to stalk local faves on instagram and have our own food/ drink tour of Fells point. Stuggy's was everything we didn't know we needed!! the crab mac dog lives up to its reputation, Oh Em Gee!!
The gentleman working was the best! Made us feel welcome the second we walked in. He was so excited to share our first Stuggy's experience and happy to see us enjoy a hot dog work of art.

My husband and I googled this place and when I say it's worth every penny...I mean it! I had the specialty hot dog with crabmeat, mac and cheese and ole bay sprinkled on it. Superb!!!
I sent a pic to my cousin in North Carolina and she want to try it!!!

Great dogs, amazing variety, and friendly staff.
Food was served quick and expertly made, and I was super happy with my choice. Theres tons of options, everything ranging from expertly crafted combinations to a make your own menu. The toppings arw delicious and fresh, and it was over a very pleasant experience.

We drove 45 minutes to come here and were not disappointed! Delicious hot dogs, inventive toppings, and super friendly staff. My boyfriend and I only eat hot dogs on Valentine's day, but we'll make an exception for Stuggys!

The hotdogs are amazing!! Like, I would totally go out of my way to get these and would recommend these to anyone. They’re obviously on the expensive side for hotdogs, but for the size of the dog you’re getting and the amount of toppings on them, it’s totally worth it.
Not only are the toppings good, like the pulled pork or the only meat chilli, but the dog itself is absolutely amazing, with the perfect crisp when you bite into it and a delicious wholesome taste!!

Living in the area for a number of years now, Stuggy's use to be the place to visit for a quick bite, or a late night snack. The hot dogs use to be plump and tasty, and the service use to top notch. Since removing their extensive list of custom hot dogs and changing their service staff, the food has gone down hill quickly in an effort to reduce costs and serve more people. The people are unfriendly, and very unhelpful being badgered by drunk people, they find every interaction an unpleasant one. The hot dogs are no longer what they were just a year ago, and are now slender and often overcooked. Even their signature crab mac hot dog is now bland with a lack of any of that signature taste that made it so famous.

All I have to say is Marley Dog, my weakness, that and the crab mac fries, amazing!!! I love it her, I visit every time I'm in the city, it's the only time I even eat meat, it's such wonderful goodness!!
