We enjoy staying at the hotel when visiting family. Am also pleased we are able to keep our therapy and service pets in the room with us. The beds are comfortable and thankfully the A.C. works great in the hot summer. I would suggest the vending machines be filled on a more regular basis for the ever hungry grandson. Especially because the closest convenience store is 20-30 miles away.

Rooms are ok and comfy..the restaurant is ok..nothing fancy..burgers are good,,it was a o.k. casino..hard to win there though, or break even..

I have a lot of fun at Prairie Wind, the staff is great, they have current machines, and it's a good vibe. Two things to know, you can smoke and they only have 4 video poker machines. I wish they had more video poker!

Love their Seafood & prime rib buffet. Staff is quiet and didn't have tables wiped down right away so we had to wait to sit down. Their kids menu only has 3 items to choose from but they are worth the price. Good serving size. It would be nice to have a restroom in the restaurant area so we don't have to take our kids out on the floor.

Very nice! Great people working there! Very accommodating and courteous! I would suggest a gift shop in the future, I was looking forward to purchasing something! Ha! *Side note: if you're a believer, bring sage! #prairiewindscasino&hotel

This casino needs to start doing a massive cleaning procedure. I constantly see people's cigarette butts on the sides of machines, how gross! Has all casino employees been trained to go through a fire drill? What if thete was a fire and not everyone was able to get out of casino? Do you realize the liability this would have on for employees and customers?

There was flies in the restaurant. Big black ones. The crab legs were cold. Customer service was poor

A nice small casino. The thing that I liked the most about this place was the bison burger. Very tasty and worth the time if you are in the area.

I enjoy going to prairie wind casino every time. I have had some of my biggest wins at prairie wind. I bring my friends along so they can experience the wins I have there. They love going there and beg to go all the time. Everyone needs to go to prairie wind!
