Whatever you do don't go to this resort. Paid for a room with a spa. The spa was broken but unfortunately we never got to use it because after asking SIX days in a row for it to be repaired......nothing happened. Shower head was damaged too. So couldn't really have a proper shower. Management are delusional. Don't seem to understand that when people pay good money they have an obligation to deliver. You are just throwing away your hard earned money if you come here. Such a disappointment because it was our honeymoon 😥☹

this place was ok at best. They greet you with drinks when you walk in and the check in process is seemingly simple but the room that i booked was not what we were given. I booked a double bed with a sofa bed and i received 2 twin beds and a sofa that was so weak my friend basically slept on the floor. The walk in shower flooded the room and when i initially complained the manager tried to tell me it was because of the way the room was built but after my more direct friend went to complain he admitted there was a problem and gave us a new room. the nightly entertainment is nothing more than a few performers dancing or and singing poorly live in the lobby. if you can book a different hotel please do.

We love it here. Wonderful place to bring your wife. All you can eat and drink. Plenty of things to do on the resort. Not necessary to have VIP, all inclusive is great. If you want you can upgrade to VIP. But based off talking to some VIP's they said ita not much of a difference.

Nice and quiet resort with good food and strong drinks. The rooms are nice and cozy with good views from the balcony. No internet service in the rooms only in the lobby must pay extra money to have service in your room. Nice Beach and pools but not many activities to do throughout the day time. Perfect place if you're just looking to relax not so much if you're looking to be entertained. Staff is extremely nice and friendly makes you feel at home. Five restaurants on the resort but they're not always open every night it seems like they do a rotation between the restaurants. I am not sure if that is the case because we are only staying here for two nights we spent three nights at another Resort.

Amazing experience! Love the animation team that entertains everyone! Love the shuttle that takes us to all of the different Princess resorts and definitely love the people there! The food can use a bit of work though. It's kind of bland, however, I still love the variety!

I went to the PCP June, 2017. Absolutely loved the place! You walk in & a sweet girl brings you drinks after your journey. Very friendly people who remember your name. The food is very good & plentiful—so are the drinks. The place is smaller than most, which I like; it’s also all-adults, which I like even more. You’re only a short walk through beautiful grounds from anywhere—including the beach.
They have several restaurants on the premises—including a 24hr restaurant & bar—& you have free privileges at their other 2 resorts, which can be got to via a free shuttle. It’s all-inclusive, but I always tip anyway—the people deserve it. I’m sure there are swankier places, but I can’t imagine anything better for the price.
My wife & I loved it so much we’re going back this September, & are bringing our son, his girlfriend, our favorite niece & her husband with us. Last year I booked through Vacations To Go, this year I went through Cheap Caribbean—I hope all goes as smoothly as before. I have also requested & hope to get our same room—5005...they’re so friendly I’m sure they’ll honor that.

Excellent Resort to relax with friends or family (Adult only). Guests were mostly mid 30's and up while I was there. All the staff/services were very friendly and helpful. Multiple bars /restaurants to dine (Italian, steak house etc).
I've stayed at 3 resorts in Punta Cana and this is a solid 4 star. Not the largest or most elegant of what's available but a very nice resort nonetheless. Would recommend.

Overall good experience. Small all-inclusive adults only resort, but is linked to the larger family complex.
Food was alright. Service is great. Rooms are clean and relatively recently renovated.
All of the restos are nice. The snack bar needs some serious renovation or at least a good paint job.

Rooms were small. The facilities need upgrades. The beds/pillows were hard.... Buffet restaurant fair... Waitstaff fantastic service. Front desk.... Outstanding manager

We had the most amazing vacation. The staff at the Punta Cana Princess were so warm and welcoming, the room was clean, the grounds immaculate as was the beach. The food at the buffet was incredible with so much variety and different selections every day. The restaurants on site were nothing to write home about. Personally I would recommend sticking to the buffet. We cannot wait to go back and highly recommend this resort.
