I didn't track all the jackpots throughout the play, particularly for the first half or so of the play. Overall, I got 1 minor jackpot for every 3 or 4 mini jackpots, and never got a major or a grand. The minor would typically go out at $20-25 and the minor at $50-58 (and nothing higher than a minor).
The order in which you reveal the cards for the jackpot is completely irrelevant, the order in which you pick a card will not alter the outcome of which jackpot you get.
The dollar amount of the jackpots are the same regardless of the number of credits you bet (1,2,3,5, or 10); however, you do draw the jackpot feature more frequently on a per spin basis when playing with higher bets (though, the jackpots likely hit at the same rate when the number of spins and credits per spin are normalized to credits required to trigger a jackpot drawing).
