Previously a great value for the price, this year the expected necessities and amenities, as well as acceptable customer service, were sadly lacking. We booked an "Executive Room", which we received, but it was on the sixth floor of the hotel, which had no functional WiFi. Our shower was mostly unusable safely since much of the time it had either no water or only scalding hot water. When we called the desk to be moved to an acceptable room, it took two days and repeated calls before we were moved down a floor, to the room directly below, where everything worked correctly. Until the Wi-Fi problem is remedied I wouldn't accept a sixth floor room.

Good, moderately priced, hotel with very clean rooms and friendly, honest, staff. Prices have risen here in recent years, but, they are gradually remodeling and replacing furniture and beds. The older beds are far less comfortable than the newer ones, but are comparable to other hotels in the area at an under 50 U.S. dollars price point.
The included breakfast is not extensive, but consists of a full cooked buffet, prepared to order eggs or omelettes, cereal, and fresh fruits. We like Rajah Park because it is centrally located, close to 24/7 restaurants and drug stores as well as several nearby shopping malls.

For the price, the food quality is poor. Also the serving sizes are small. The wait staff are not very friendly. This restaurant needs a major improvement.

I like their parkview hall located in the 3rd floor. Perfect for small gatherings

The room was pretty decent and cozy, and the accomodation was very good. However, they don't have parking space for those checking in overnight.

I like that they offer buffet breakfast. The staff are accommodating as well. The most outstanding thing is that this is located in the. Center of Cebu City.

Very good location. Within walking distance to Robinson's Mall and Cybergate, near the pubs in Mango as well as establishments that are open 24 hrs like pharmacies and fastfood restaurants. I like that they have a spa and their breakfast buffet is yum. Room is spacious and clean. I wish they have wifi connection in the rooms. Overall, satisfied with the service and will come back again.
