My sisters, friends, and I booked a night in the executive suite which had a great view. We were not there for the casino. The staff members were very nice and the meals we had at the Coyote Grill was really good - the salads are definitely worth the price. But, personally the best part was the pool area!

This place was nice once upon a time. Now you have more lookers than players. I had at least 3 individuals try to pan handle or sell things. But on the positive side gas prices are the best in town!

The place is nice. Had a great time. But not until my husband and I had to put a 250.00 deposit down on a room that we had reserved. They need to let people know when they're calling and reserving a run that they don't take prepaid cards or cash. That is unless you give them 250.00 deposit. Then you have no money to go to the casino so what the. ... That's if you're lucky enough to have that kind of money to start with.

We stayed here for 2 days in May, and must say it's the most beautiful hotel, with very clean and comfortable rooms, and beautiful grounds, and an awesome pool area. The staff were really friendly and helpful in the hotel. Our problem came with the fact that we're Canadian, and they don't recognize our ID in the casino. ( They had no problem with it, when we showed it , to use our credit card to pay for the room.) We wanted to update our players' card info and were told not to bother, because we wouldn't accumulate any points, anyway. The hotel desk clerk told us that if we waited until 8:00 we could talk to the slots floor manager, and perhaps receive a discount on our hotel rate, based on our casino play - but we had to check out at 7:00, and besides , apparently we had no points , since our cards were no longer recognized. I sent an email to the hotel after we arrived home and received an acknowledgement which stated that the manager would be in touch - this was 3 weeks ago and we're still waiting. Also I should mention that the cashier doesn't accept Canadian currency to exchange.
We've been coming to this hotel for 3 years now, but this was the last .

It's exciting, has good food, serves alcohol, has a hotel, live shows and plenty of slots and tables. Has handicapped parking, entrance and handicap facilities. It's clean and secure. I would recommend this place to family and friends. I would go back again.

Nice, new and mostly clean. Outside there seemed to be a bit of a bug problem but I didn't seem to notice anything inside. Parking however was a but of a pain but they have a large unpaved lot for overflow.

I love it. Out of 25 casinos that I've been to across the country Tachi palace is my favorite! The drive is about 10 minutes farther than the closest casino, but worth the drive. I think the slots are looser.i seem to hit Jack pots more often. That's always fun! The food is great, there is something for everyone. The bingo parlor is huge and has friendly staff. The hotel rooms are clean and beautiful, they also have nice views of the lights and pool side bar.

Always have an awesome staff on board and ready to full fill most needs, never had a problem in check ins or outs. We have stayed hundreds of times. (Once a month for probably the last 12 years.) The rooms have always been clean and tidy. And friendly maid staff. We always have an amazing time.

This is lacking a few starts because I think this place deserves 10 stars! The casino is absolutely amazing, great staff and plenty of tables and machines so NO WAITING, and great food and beautiful decor.... and the CASINO, is just speechless!! Amazing hotel staff and super noise free rooms, and the offers are just unbelievable! U must go and visit especially when they have some big name there doing a performance! ❤️❤️❤️
