MGM Rewards Benefits with Royal Caribbean—Unlock New Casino Offers

Thanks to a fantastic partnership between MGM Resorts and Royal Caribbean’s Crown & Anchor Society and Celebrity Cruises’ Captain’s Club, you can now extend your perks across all three facilities. This collaboration brings a blend of sea and land benefits, offering the opportunity to maximize your rewards and elevate your vacations to the next level!

How the Partnership Works for Players

This partnership offers a tier match program which allows Crown & Anchor Society and Captain’s Club members to receive a corresponding status level within the MGM Rewards program. For Royal Caribbean’s Crown & Anchor Society members, the tier matching works as follows:

  • Gold members receive Sapphire status.
  • Platinum members are matched to Pearl status.
  • Emerald, Diamond, Diamond Plus, and Pinnacle Club members enjoy Gold status.

For Celebrity Cruises’ Captain’s Club members, the matching is similar:

  • Preview members are matched to Sapphire.
  • Classic members receive Pearl status.
  • Select, Elite, Elite Plus, and Zenith members all correspond to Gold status.

It’s important to note that players must choose between receiving benefits from either Crown & Anchor Society/Captain’s Club or MGM Rewards at the time of booking, as the benefits are non-combinable and nontransferable.

MGM Rewards members can also enjoy additional perks, however, this is a one-way tier match. Players will not be able to use their MGM status to get a corresponding tier match with Royal or Celebrity.

INSIDER TIP!

Select MGM properties may hold certificate events where players can receive special cruises. If you earn a certificate, you are actually eligible for more comp sailings than what is listed. Simply upload the offer to URComped.com (the casino travel partner of Royal Caribbean International), and you’ll be pre-qualified for even more sailings across multiple cruise lines without losing the certificate value - which you’ll still be able to redeem. A personal executive host will be assigned to assist you with bookings and work on your behalf to secure additional benefits. URComped can open the door to international sailings, VIP events, and even other resorts! This is a great way to leverage your certificate and maximize your comp offers. Included Benefits

Through this program, Crown & Anchor Society and Captain’s Club members can access a host of benefits at all participating MGM properties.

How to Set Up Matching

Linking your accounts and tier matching is a straightforward process for members of all three programs.

For Crown & Anchor Society or Captain’s Club members: First, create a free MGM Rewards account on the MGM Resorts website if you don’t already have one. Then, contact MGM Resort Services at (866) 761-7111 and press 5, or email memberservices@mgmresorts.com. Be sure to have your Crown & Anchor Society or Captain’s Club membership number handy. The MGM representative will verify your information and you’ll receive your corresponding MGM Rewards tier, allowing you to start enjoying your new benefits immediately.

For MGM rewards members: Call Royal Caribbean at 1-800-762-0702 or Celebrity Cruises at 1-855-227-2537 to validate your status. Once validated, you can book directly with the cruise agent. Benefits must be requested at the time of the initial booking and at least ten days before the cruise’s departure date.

MGM Rewards Loyalty Program- Levels and Tiers Breakdown

MGM Rewards, formerly known as “The M Life Program,” is a loyalty program where players and vacationers can earn Tier Credits in a variety of ways. In this video, you can learn more about MGM Casino Benefits for each level as well as how to earn points to reach the next tier status. We discuss the 5 tier levels: Sapphire, Pearl, Gold, Platinum, and even MGM's Noir- Invite only tier.

How do you earn tier points with MGM Rewards?
One way to earn tier points with MGM Rewards is with non-gaming spend like hotel bookings, F&B purchases, and show tickets. You can earn 4 tier credits for every $1 spent. Another way is through sports betting. For every $100 wagered on a straight bet, you'll get 20 tier credits. For every $100 wagered on a Parlay, you'll get 50 tier credits. As you've probably already assumed, you can earn tier credits playing slots, video poker, and table games. The number of tier credits you earn will vary based on the game, average bet, and time played as well as the region of which MGM Casino you're playing at.

MGM Rewards Tier Levels and Benefits
The MGM Rewards Program has 5 Different Tier Levels that you can attain based on the number of reward tier credits that you earn over the course of a year. Each different Tier Level has its own unique set of rewards and benefits.

Everybody that starts out at MGM rewards
will start out as a Sapphire (0-19,999 Tier Credits). As a Sapphire, you can earn Reward Points and are also guaranteed the lowest room rates.

Once you hit Pearl,
you get an extra 10% in Bonus Slot Dollars for your play. Actually, for every Incremental Level you reach, you get an additional 10%. An additional benefit as a Pearl Member is you get Complimentary Tickets to select shows at MGM Rewards destinations.

Once you hit 75,000 Tier Credits,
you become a Gold Member in MGM Rewards. As a Gold Member, you get your Resort Fee waived, Complimentary Valet, and you also get Free Enhanced Room Upgrades.

Once you attain 200,000 Tier Credits with MGM Rewards, you become a Platinum Member. As a Platinum Member, you'll get Early Preferred Access to Premium Seating at select shows and Sporting Events. AND you get either a Royal Caribbean or Celebrity Cruise Lines Complimentary Cruise for two. (That's something URComped can help with as well)

Last, but certainly not least is the Noir Tier. This is an Invite-Only Tier! If you receive an invite to join Noir, you get $1,200 in Air Credit as well as $500 in Complimentary Dining Credit in addition to all the extra comps you earn for that level of play.

As you can tell, the MGM Rewards Program certainly makes it worth it to graduate to different Tier Levels. So we highly recommend that next time you're visiting MGM property make sure to sign up for an MGM Rewards Card and start earning those Tier Credits.

And by the way, if you already are an MGM Rewards Member, and you're at that elevated status, getting a lot of different offers, sign up for free at URComped.com to unlock offers at all kinds of different Cruise Lines and Vacation Resorts. Definitely, take advantage of URComped in addition to great things that MGM Rewards offers you.

What is URComped?
URComped works with Casino Partners to give Qualified Members new offers (comps) to Caribbean Resorts and Cruise Lines that they have never been to/ played at before. Think you may be qualified??
