Always ask about the daily specials! Over the last year I've tried the entire menu, and was never disappointed. Front half of the building is the bar, back half is table service. Relaxed atmosphere, check them out some time!

We loved this place! Food was great and people at the bar were laid back and friendly! If I lived in Philly, this would probably be my "usual place". I would recommend this place to anyone!

Went on a late Monday afternoon (around 3pm) so it was quiet. There’s a small dining area in back behind the bar. There were great (cheap) lunch specials. We had burgers, wings, and curly fries. Everything was delicious and they were the best fries I’ve had in a long time. Adam our server was awesome!

OMG This place is amazing, I️ got the classic burger and it was greasy, cheesy, and full of flavor with a soft brioche bun. The service was attentive and friendly. The place has been newly renovated so everything is CLEAN. It’s also very different from the google photos of this place.

I visited Nicks from LA and I gotta say by far the most friendliest place in old city. Thanks to Tim for making me feel welcome. And also Joe the owner for the awesome shot! I will be back to Nick’s next time I’m in Philly!

Outstanding smoked wings, they don't need sauce, but they provide some if you want. Good happy hour prices, and a decent drink list

AMAZING food at Nicks Old City! The Original Roast Beef sandwich is out of this world BUT so are their wings ( garlic parmesan are my favorite ) and STUFFED LONG HOTS and, yes, fried pickles. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Great place to grab a bite or a cocktail!
