Living Sky Casino is full of friendly staff. I am not much of a gambler but when I am working in town I go to the restaurant. I've never had a bad item off the menu there. Also if staying at the Holiday Inn or Home Inn, don't forget to ask for your casino voucher at the front desk.
***BEWARE***
I attempted to lodge a complaint with management via telephone about an issue with security.
I was out one evening and overheard one of the female security staff joking and telling her friends about a man that was removed from the casino parking lot because he was masturbating. I felt this was a completely inappropriate way for someone in an "authoratative position to act," especially concerning confidential business matters.
In the past month, I have called and left my contact information, emailed specific and general contacts for both this location and head office with no response.
If this is the way things are going to be handled regarding sensitive issues, as well as concerns, I will not be returning.
This incident has me wondering just how much goes on behind the scenes here, and what other privacy acts are broken. Does no one seem to care that the security personnel were mocking customers? If this is how the employees act, and brag about their working conquests, stay far away.
Surely if customer comments and complaints aren't important enough to be responded to; workplace confidentiality and security breaches are a problem that should be?
Large variety of machines I don't go much but about half the time do, I come out ahead. Friendly staff. Free pop while gambling. Kept pretty neat and clean.
Great food, great staff, and all around great experience. Was excellent place to hold our dinner event would recommend to anyone looking for a hall to host a banquet.
