Canyon Ranch Grill

Lovely staff, seated straight away and very attentive. Breakfast was average for the price. Orders the strawberry crepes, the crepes were cooked well but the mascarpone was quite hard and way to much water cress served over it. Also asked for a banana smoothie which did not have good flavour seemed waterred down. Also on the table ordered the avocado toast with poached eggs, very small toast pieces.

Canyon Ranch Grill

My spa experience at Canyon Ranch was nothing short of phenomenal, but my initial interaction with one particular staff member was shocking to the point of disgust. I had booked a full day of spa treatments at Canyon Ranch for me and three of my closest friends. Hungry, but fearful of being late, we grabbed a few things from Starbucks and headed upstairs. We signed in with 30 minutes to spare. Hoping for something more satisfying than a lukewarm croissant, we made a beeline straight for the Canyon Ranch Grill...where we had the displeasure of meeting Daniela A. As my friends were taking their seats, she walked over and barked, “You know we don’t serve Starbucks, right?” And before any of us could reply, she stomped away. I asked to see a copy of the menu and was ignored. At this point two of my friends walked away, completely insulted by her attitude. I stayed, and on my THIRD request I finally received a menu. Daniela left the area and a few minutes later, her manager appeared. I’m not sure what Daniela expressed in private, but her boss was working feverishly to smooth things over. The manager invited one of my friends to sit, but she politely declined. In response, Daniela began to SLAM empty plates on the counter and DEMANDED that she sit. She then started yelling across the room at my friends who had walked off, insisting that they come back and take a seat. She was loud and viscous, and this unrelenting aggression incited an argument. At this point other customers are beginning to stare, and my appetite is completely lost. Considering how incredibly kind every other employee had been, this savage display was not only surprising, but disturbing. She glared, sneered, ignored, screamed...every aspect of her character was vulgar and unwelcoming. To say that she was discourteous would be a gross understatement. Her behavior was brutish to the point of being obscene.

Canyon Ranch Grill

Some lovely healthy food... hard to find in Vegas! It's very hard to find. You need to find the lifts and go up to the spa level.

Canyon Ranch Grill

Great healthy menu. It was really hard to find though! It's on the 3rd floor in the Canyon Ranch Spa area. It's best to ask directions to "Canyon Ranch Spa" because people seemed to know that landmark more than the restaurant / cafe. It's not a very luxurious dining experience but the food is good and healthy.

Canyon Ranch Grill

The food was decent, but not spectacular. On the plus side there are a lot of healthy options, and I appreciated the nutritional breakdowns posted for each item on the menu. Service was slow, though it seems like that was secondary to the restaurant being understaffed. We were seated at the bar and our bartender, without prompting from us, apologized for the generally slow pace at which things were being done. Our meals would likely have tasted better had they been hot from the grill, but unfortunately by the time they got to us they were lukewarm. On the whole it’s not a bad restaurant for breakfast if you’re staying at the Palazzo, but not necessarily a place I’d go out of my way to visit.

Canyon Ranch Grill

The breakfast menu had several healthy selections beyond what you would normally find. I tried the breakfast burrito that had beef chorizo wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla. Each item on the menu had a nutritional breakdown that I wish was on every menu. Tasty food!

Canyon Ranch Grill

Good, healthy and organic food in Vegas, for that time when Vegas food is too much. Great service but the restaurant is hidden and dark with no windows, like an 80's coffee shop. The eggs Benedict over avocado and the ahi tuna are tasty choices.

Canyon Ranch Grill

Tasty breakfast place with good coffee. I had the SPA Sandwich which was really crunchy and had just the right amount of spiciness. The waitress was nice and quick to refill the coffee and water.
