The food is always very tasty and the kids have good fun on the playground. The lines to be served can be quite long though, taking 20 minutes upwards during peak times. The actual ordering process itself is slow, an upgrade on the ordering system or even a self service ordering counter could be a cheap upgrade to make a big difference. Say, order on an iPad, and bring the number to the counter to pay so that there could be 2 iPad taking orders and a counter staff to help any issues.

Located right next to Westfield Airport West. Pay at the counter meals. Good variety. Pub style meals. They often have nightly specials too. Kids room and menu. Spacious.

Great place to go for a few beers, the sports bar is good. Everyone was friendly the atmosphere was lovely!. Definitely will go back.

Bar staff lovely.
Paid $36 for medium rare steak that was well done with soggy veggies and overcooked chips.
Had a pager to pick up my food when it went off... Felt like I was at Chemist Warehouse.

The food is always on point here. There's a great little playground food the kids. The place is kept clean and staff are friendly.

meal was very average at best. called last drinks at 2:40pm on a Sunday in the bistro and then refused bar service less than 8 minutes later when we went to order... won’t be back, plenty of other places to spend our money. Don’t bother!!!

Good location, the downfalls they are paper thin walls so you hear everything, the taps are noisy as hell and my bed was extremely uncomfortable on one side. It took me nearly 3 hours to find a comfortable spot on the bed then fell asleep.

Food is great, staff are awesome... Come on Mondays for the kids. Andy is awesome entertaining the kids and adults lol

The staff service, friendliness and cleanliness are top rate. Quick and prompt seating are a bonus.

Nice entrance , excellent staff, room not big but comfortable. Had a senior's meal, very nicely cooked, large, overall , excellent value for money.
