Messina Gelato

Very delicious ice cream. But always packed during peak hours. You can sample different flavours as much as you like. The staff are friendly. There are some chairs to sit on. But I can't really tell the difference between the gelato ice cream and normal ice cream.

Very friendly staff and the specials on the board are always worth checking out. You can sample as many flavours as you like given that there are just so many to choose from. Reasonably priced as a scoop will set you back $6 or so, cone or cup (I prefer the waffle cone). If you’re coming back from the beach or the ferry, it’s a super short walk from Circular Quay and probably one of the best ways to cap off a day in the summer.

The ice-cream here is beyond reproach. The quality of every flavour and style is amazing. I've never had anything from Messina that wasn't absolute top notch! If you're unsure about getting a particular flavour, then you can ask the staff to try before you buy. They are happy to let you taste a few options. The only drawback regarding this store is that it can be very busy. The staff do their best, but sometimes you can be in for a bit of a wait. Its worth it though.

Visited with friends. Two of us had their discount coupons we wanted to use and asked the guy. He accepted only one of those after asking hastily if we were all paying together, as if he wanted us to say yes and he could quickly swipe off. Could have told us to pay separately after knowing that we wanted to use both coupons. They have decent variety, we tried 4 of them. Sugar was on higher side in all. Better avoid if you like normal/average sweet.

Messina Gelato

Messina ice cream is the best! I tried a dozen different favours and they are all delicious. Particularly loved the salted coconut and mango salsa one. They also have specials. Portions are generous too. There can be a bit of a queue so you’ll need to be patient. Note: The map is currently incorrect. The store is located near Circular Quay in central Sydney.

Messina Gelato

Huge selection of flavours, consistently smooth and creamy, doesn’t melt quickly. Best gelato in Sydney.

Messina Gelato

Fantastic gelato as we would always expect from Messina, a dessert that won't quickly melt in your hand and every bite so satisfying and decadent to the tastebuds. Really appreciate how they have zany-named flavours and that the franchise is so willing to give out taste tests.

All their icecream is really good. The passion fruit sorbet was amazing. I could taste the passion fruit and the seeds were actually in it.

Their selection of flavours is extremely diverse and will definitely cater to your palate. Each person leaves the store with a great big smile and some lovely gelato in hand.

The place is well located, with courteous staff and different ice cream flavours. Serving size is big, so one scoop may suffice. I tried the macadamia nut and coffee crunch. Coffee crunch was good, though both a bit on the sweeter side.
