Aweful food..pre cooked poached eggs then warmed for service. Disgrace Pulse..health issue however we wont get food poisoning because you have lost our business.

What a disappointment. Coffee was weak and watery. I complained and but no effort to rectify, instead the owner got very defensive. I was in group of 5 and everybody was equally disappointed with their orders.
Non existing customer service and poor quality. Pulse Express is clearly placing it's business model on convenient location and non-returning trough traffic. It's a mistake you only make once.

Great flat white! Don't get all the bad reviews; maybe the staff improved? Had really tasty coffee and the staff was friendly!

Absolutely hopeless. Got both coffees on my order wrong, gave me wrong change and then couldn't open till to fix it! Really bad when a basic order for 2 takeaway coffees can't be managed.

Food and coffee ain’t good. Waiting can be longer than expected. Staff normally don’t see you or serve you, you’ll need to call for attention.
