I love the steak salad, but I get it with shrimp. They are nice size and grilled perfectly every time, The salad is fresh and crisp. Service is always good. It's a hometown kind of place.

today July 7th 2018 me and my folks came to the Saratoga and most of the casinos in Blackhawk you have to go to a kiosk to load your promo points and we didn't see that so we went to a cage and the woman of the cage was a rude b**** she should be fired fot such terrible customer service

Great ambiance, friendly staff, clean facility. Well taken care of by employees, which says something to the "regular patron" who stays past the Promotional fluff offerings of typical casino lures. Loved, loved the fried pickles! Everything here is top notch, from service to food

Had a blast here for the first time ever going gambling. Especially when I left with an extra $900 after only spending only a $100. Took a while for payouts to happen but it was due to being short handed. They were very apologetic and very courteous, very helpful. All in all I had a terrific time here. Best part is I ate a huge plate of Nacho's... yes Nacho's! For like $2.50 and they were so good. Make sure you try them.

I enjoy spending time here at the casino...the people and staff are welcoming ,and very helpful when asked to assist a customer. I am a true Saratogian Casino customer I choose not to go any where else.
