I loved it...the staff was really nice and my room was always cleaned out n the morning. I loved dinning and the waiters were just so professional. It's great for a week vacation and it's Greta for the whole family. I went last year and I love that cruise a loittke more because the staff was a little more out going and some of the activities were a little more festive. This year's cruise was Greta, but definitely not better than last year.

The cruise itself was a lot of fun. The food was great and it was Unlimited. The ship was okay the ride was a little bit shaky didn't make it very comfortable. They were points during our stay on the ship when you were walking around you can smell sewage and it was horrible they're also times when you wake up in the morning and that smell of sewage would be coming through your vent. We ordered a king bed and we got two twin beds pushed together so it made it impossible to sleep with my wife. The first attempt at sleeping together on the makeshift king bed I found myself waking up in the crack of the 2 in the morning sleeping on wires it was a horrible sleep. Entertainment was great Catalina Island and Mexico were great. Getting on was very easy. Getting off was a pain in the ass. The sail & Sign card program the way they do it is a pain in the ass. Overall though I gave Carnival Cruise Lines for stars because we had a lot of fun besides the minor inconveniences. Best thing about being on the boat the whole time was definitely the comedy shows and the free food.

Most fun with the whole family! Plenty of activities for adults and kids...and of course spending time in the sun with the wide open ocean in front of you!! Food is available 24/7 as are bars. Reserved dinner table in restaurant every evening. Fun karaoke and other nightclub experiences every evening. Good prices on duty free alcohol, just have to wait til the last night of the cruise when they deliver to your room. Prices are reasonable for the cruise and what you get...definitely recommend!!

Ten star experience! Our Cruise Director, Connor, was the best! So much fun and so full of energy!! There was no limit of fun, entertainment, and food on the cruise! Our room was great! Nice and cool with air conditioning! The singing and dancing shows were amazing! The one comedian we saw was hilarious! We made new friends at our dining table, and made plenty of memories to last a life time! Certainly the best way to spend my vacation!

They are horrible...had to cancel after a family member fell ill and after purchasing insurance and paying an extra penalty to cancel I was told that I will not even be getting a credit for a future cruise! No decency and mind you all this after 7 months of back and forth!!

They don't pay their employees. They've been ducking my calls for weeks. Is been over two months. All because of ninety six dollars. They are so impersonal. They treat customers good but the people that run the show like expendable pieces of crap!

Carnival has definitely gone down overall. PROS: Guy's burgers and the taco bar were really good and fairly quick. Dinner dining was good overall also. Great omlettes for breakfast and very good fish at dinner time. CONS: Cabins were smelly. My cabin had a continuous annoying noise for 5 nights/6 days that they couldn't figure out where it was coming from nor could they do anything about it. I didn't get hardly any sleep for the 5 nights. I can understand all the noise below from the clubs, the people next door, etc..., but to have constant noise in the cabin in not acceptable. The sports deck was not good. Basketballs, rim, and backboard were in dire straights. The volleyball literally looked like it was the one they bought in 2003 on the maiden voyage. The talent throughout the entire ship was sub-par (evening shows, comedians, etc...) Bingo is the biggest rip-off. They must only payout about 20% of the entire take in. It is ALL electronic, even the drawing of the numbers. So basically, the winning card is already pre-determined. Additionally, they don't have the standard punch out the numbers on the card, instead you have to purchase a marker/dabber for an additionaly 2.00 if you want to be able to see your numbers you hit. It should be criminal they way the do it. I will not be back on Carnival again! Go Disney!

Very disappointed in the food. I was not the only one at our table who thought so. I can truely say I was hungry on this cruise. Will never travel Carnival again.

We (me, my wife and two kids 10 and 13) went on the Carnival Dream for Christmas 2013 and we absolutely loved it. The ports Cozumel, Belize, Roatan and Costa Maya were great. The staff were all very polite, positive and willing to do whatever it took to make sure we were totally taken care of. If you go on a cruise a few suggestion: tip your cabin steward and your waiters extra (they work hard and will take very good care of you); follow the itineraries they give you to maximize your experience; understand what is free and what is not. Also, understand that there is no way possible to do and see all that you will on a cruise and all the ports, shows, comedians, etc. any other way for the money you spend on a cruise. It is an unbelievable value for what you spend. I also highly recommend reviewing youtube videos about cruising before you go. they were a tremendous help to us. Finally, we cannot wait to go again and would definitely choose Carnival.
