My boyfriend and I took this cruise in May. although it was inexpensive, the price was reflected in the service that we received on the ship. The crew was extremely rude about interrupting our time to sell us more services the entire time we were on the boat. The waiters and waitresses argued over who got to sell drinks to people. They also made crude comments about me while we were dining one night and my boyfriend heard it. So did the manager, but he didn’t seem to do anything. Finally, to top it all off, our Beats headphones were stolen from our room the first night on board. When we called to complain, the customer service rep told me there was nothing that could be done. I asked if the room or bag attendants would be questioned and she said no. Clearly they care even less about the criminal record of their employees than they do for the guests on their ship. I do not recommend this cruise line to anyone, even a tight budget.

I would first say that the cruise is GREAT! DO NOT LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVITY, get to palm beach early so there’s no lines or wait to board the ship..... Make sure to have enough funds on your debit card to pay for all gratuities and purchases you make on board and you will not have any financial issues! Also inform your bank you will be traveling so they will not block your cards when the cruise attempt to charge you.
They do charge 27.90 per person for all gratuities no matter the age so be prepared to pay. As far as the cruise everything was great! All buffets breakfast lunch and dinner as well as the pool deck Was delicious. Burgers and pizzas are really good!
We also have fun dancing at the top deck of the cruise at night time, the pools are very small but the Jacuzzi is a great! Also make sure to book their private island excursion for $72 it was awesome Clearwaters Jetske’s unlimited drinks(Bahama Mama are GREAT) buffet food and a mini tour through the island.... Arrive to the private beach at 11 until 4pm transportation included.

1. The free dining is 3 stars to me.
2. 27.90 charge per person
3. You have to pay for all drinks!!!!!
4. Pools are small

My husband and I loved this cruise. From beginning to end, we had so much fun!! The staff are wonderful. The check-in process was easy and quick. We splurged and purchased the Jeep Adventure which was well worth the money for a relaxing day driving around the island, seeing sites, spending time at a beautifuI secluded Beach, then having a fabulous lunch at a botanical gardens.
On the ship, I recommend purchasing the drink package of 10 cocktail drinks for $69. 99..... it's well worth it and between my husband and I it was just the right amount of drinks for the two days. The Buffet serves great food and that's the only place we ate! The partying, activities and entertainment started from even before the ship Departed. The state rooms are clean and comfortable- if you can afford to get an ocean view room, please do so!!
Sayuti was our stateroom attendant. He was kind and the most caring individual.
Reagan was my favorite bartender and made excellent drinks!
Andrea and Dania in the spa did our massages, they did a great job. Cedric at the information desk was friendly and super helpful. Everyone was great!!

It's great for couples, singles and families. There's something for everyone.... Travel with friends and make the experience even more enjoyable.... For the tickets, the excursion, drinks, shopping and all the taxes and gratuities added, we spent less than $900 for the two of us to have a freaking blast!! Make the best of every moment in life!!!!! For all the people giving bad ratings, or nit picking at little things, stop being so negative and get over yourselves.

This was my first cruise and all I can say is fun fun fun! The staff was amazing even the room service guy was awesome. I love to hear the cruise director sing with the band the performance was amazing . The director was nice and approachable. I highly recommend this cruise for first timers you will definitely enjoy yourself .

This cruise was me and my husband first experience! We really enjoyed ourselves! The setting was positive. The negative thing about booking with this cruise line were the hidden fees that was placed upon us when we arrived! They charged us for two people sleeping in one cabin and so much more! We had to put our credit card information on file because we were told that we were unable to use cash on the ship! They forced themselves access to our credit card so they can charge all kind of unknown fees in which we were not aware of. I don’t have a problem with spending money but it’s unfair to spring fees on the consumer after asking prior to booking the cruise!’ We were charged 18% towards gratuity for everything which was suppose to be included. This was my first and last timing booking with this cruise line!!

I enjoyed this cruise as a weekend getaway! Not my first time on Bahamas paradise. The ship is nicely maintained and dinner in evenings was really good at Admirals. Downside, the buffet could be larger with more selection, pool is really small. All in all though for 2 nights it is a really nice way to unwind and enjoy S Fl to Bahamas. Ps: nice show in evening. Thumbs up!

Very bad customer service.
After wasting 3 hours on 3 different days to get a cruise confirmation, we still didnot get a confirmation. We had to risk it and go directly to the Florida Ramada Florida center. I would strongly suggest booking directly with the cruise company. Avoid any hassles. Cruise itself is nice, this company is difficult to deal with.

I traveled on May 2018, weather doesn't helped but was ok we handle it, staff is super friendly and all areas we visited on the ship were clean, but, food was BAD.. I'm traveled before on differents cruise lines and food been always excellent, here no, food is cold, flavorless and even on the restaurant is the same, variety is very poor and so disappointed. Saving grace is the show and the musical group they made your time pleasant, I tried, but never come back! Definetely you got what you pay for!!

My husband and I have taken this 2-night cruise probably 7-8 times primarily on the Grand Celebration and recently this past weekend. We have always enjoyed the cruise, staff, music and food. These negative comments amaze me. We have never had a negative experience on the cruise. We love the wine tasting, the Champagne Brunches, and the Martini Bar. It is a great weekend getaway for the price!!

DO NOT..go on the,"New" classics ship...it's old..outdated ..lots of work needs to be done that ahould have been done before taking on passengers!!..many workers on the ship don't know their job much less their way around the ship..which I think is potentially dangerous!..don't upgrade food at the rock restaurant or admiralty rest. Not worth it!!! Food,was not good anywhere...they wanted $30. A person xtra for the comedy show?? Hell no ..we got a suite which is large, of course,but still so wornand outdated ...staff friendly..cabin steward Christian was fabulous..that being said
.go on their OTHER ship for your best experience!!!!! That one ive been on twice..really liked it!!!
