Worst service and staff on earth. I have been going to the hard rock since it opened and I will never go back. The staff is not only rude and very unpleasant, they are not helpful nor do they even appreciate having a job in this economy. Shame on these people. I’ve never been so disgusted by a company and their staff in my life!! I wish I could give them zero stars!!! I hope this place goes bankrupt when they open the new part of the hotel. I’m not a snowbird and you definitely lost my annual business and my boyfriends. Good ridden!
Front desk, guest services, every area they were rude! Why should I respond to your email will you change anything or offer to comp a room for me? No so why should I waste anymore of my time?

Just saw Frankie Valli here. Great size venue for this type show. I wish the seats had cup holders (BTW - large beers for only $11 - unlike at Hard Rock Stadium), but overall a great experience. We splurged for Express Valet Parking and it was very quick.

I used to love this place but with all the construction going on there’s not much to do anymore. Maybe it will get better once the new GUITAR hotel and casino is complete.
Hotel review:
The hotel is very clean. Room rates are a bit overpriced. I had a great view of the pool. Beds are comfy and my room had a jacuzzi bathtub. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Casino review:
Unfortunately they are not paying out as they used to. They do have a wide variety of slots and table games though plus entertainment. Once the new hotel and casino are done they should start paying out again. Can’t wait to stay there. Heard part of the hotel is under water. Sounds like a lot of fun.

Wow. I have been to a number of Hard Rock Cafes in the United States and over seas. This Hard rock is awesome. When its complete it will be spectacular. The fact that the high rise is designed in the shape of a Guitar is amazing. I especially enjoyed seeing various Stage outfits, guitars, drums from well known performers on display throughout the facility.

Not a great experience here. We went here for the Howie Mandel concert. First off, if you are looking for live gaming tables, you won’t find them here. All electronic. They are taking your money but can’t seem to afford staff for roulette or craps. The drink cart was few and far between. Couldn’t find the usual cashiers, just machines. Huge lineups for the concierge desk but I chalk this up to a busy night as Howie Mandel was there. The restrooms were not marked well. As for the concert venue the security check was smooth with experienced staff but the lineups were incredibly long. Once through this check point, the staff to assist you were not as brilliant. Forget about getting a drink or food as 1 person behind the counter could not handle the amount of people that streamed in unless you were there a couple of hours before the show started. So much for the free drink that came with our tickets.

Nice way to spend some time. Good atmosphere, lots of things for all of your senses. Be prepared for the smokey conditions; you can't escape them if you try. Would have enjoyed it more if there was an area where non-smokers could play. Despite the smoke, enjoyed the few hours spent there. Worth the trip.
