The Restaurant

Coconuts has a great vibe and lots of fresh air. We sat outside in the back an enjoyed the open view of the water while watching boats go by. The shrimp cocktail was ok but not great. The comfort bowl was not the type of food I normally enjoy but others may like it. For me it was just too cheesy and a bit bland. The rest of our food was awesome! Loved the fish of the day. It was very fresh and they did a great job grilling it.

The Restaurant

Our server, Paige, was awesome! Very knowledgeable about the food options and places to check out in the surrounding areas. My friends loved everything they ordered! My complaint-I do not like seafood so I was so excited to try my Comfort Bowl (Mac and Cheese). Nowhere in the description does it say that there are practically raw onions in the cheese sauce and fried shallots on top. Also, I did not find any chicken in it, but they said it was shredded and in the dish. For a place that takes the time to print the location of the oysters offered and tell you what their half-chicken is marinated in, I don't think it's crazy for them to tell you there were two types of onions in the dish. I ended up not eating anything, but the beer I had was delicious! MIA Mega Mix - an American Pale Ale from a Florida brewery. Delicious. :)

The Restaurant

My husband and ate there on July 14, 2018. It was suggested by our cool Water Taxi driver. She said it was her favorite restaurant. Thank goodness we listened. We waited 45 min for a seat on the water which wasn't bad for a Saturday evening. My husband had the lobster roll which is a regular menu item. I had the snapper topped with crab and a mango sauce (not a regular item - Chef's choice ) with the coleslaw. It was phenomenal. Portions are generous. Even the lobster roll which tends to be small. I couldn't even finish the snapper without my husband's help. The crab meat was just as plentiful as the snapper.I enjoyed the beautiful scenery of water, yachts, and locals boating in and docking for their dinner. I highly suggest you try this place.

The Terrace Cafe

I had the crispy goat cheese salad for takeout lunch. It was excellent. The fried goat cheese was interesting but very good. The balsamic dressing was good and the shrimp were seasoned well. The spinach and fruit were both fresh. My coworker had the salmon and it was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

The Terrace Cafe

Service was quick and attentive, and very polite. Food was delicious. I had the shrimp and grits which was very yummy but a little too heavy for lunch (it had so much cheese!) For dessert, I shared a chocolate cake slice with my friends. It was more than enough for three people, and absolutely delicious!

The Terrace Cafe

The Restaurant was a little hard to find the first time I visited but it was worth it. The food taste delicious and the staff was amazing. Parking is free and ample when I went for breakfast (three times). Food is decently priced. What o like most about the restaurant is the huge window that takes up the whole wall. I like the watch the planes land and take off. The seating is great for couples as well as a group. My 9 coworkers and I went there for National Boss Day and were seated at a large table we reserved. The staff put 2 tables together.

The Terrace Cafe

The best feature of this Cafe is the wonderful view; my cuban sandwich was stiff and uninspiring. I remember when I used to frequent this establishment when it was a ratty hole in the wall with ironically great breakfast. Now it's modern and very busy so prepare for the wait. Perhaps the breakfast would have been a better choice. It didn't help that there was a water leak on to our table but 3.5 stars for the good, friendly service.

The Terrace Cafe

Love this place! Took my boyfriend here for a breakfast date and It was so cool looking at the private jets fly off and land. It was also small but not uncomfortable. And because it wasn’t a big chain you got a more personal feel from the server (We had Angela) and it was just a great place to eat. The atmosphere was lovely. Will definitely come here again.

The Restaurant

Great for Sunday brunch. Come early to avoid a wait. They have mini donuts as a snack if you do end up waiting. The menu has many creative options and there are always a lot of good specials to choose from. We had a surf and turf burger which was amazing. The kitchen was very fast. Our server - Fallis - was very good, attentive, prompt, but not over-bearing. They are dog friendly on the patio with a cute little card that explains the rules, which are very appropriate, like don't feed your dog with our plates and don't put them on the chairs or table. Great spot for brunch. Everyone was friendly and efficient.

The Restaurant

Came for dinner. The crab cake entree and lobster roll we're great. A little on the smaller side but still very tasty. Ordered the lobster bisque as well and was disappointed. Not much meat and the soup was lacking in flavor. I'd recommend you skip it. Otherwise everything else was great.
