Whew!!! I will be a forever customer of this here establishment!! The customer service is amazing and the food is even better. I ate myself in a small crab leg heaven!! But all the food was good. From the ribs, the fried chicken, the seafood boil, and that oatmeal fried cat fish!!! Its worth every penny and ill be there every 2 weeks!!

Okay so I gave them three stars and that's because I like going to the casino I do have fun with going I always play the games but I seem to never win that's why they got three stars other than that did you get perks sometimes they give me free food sometimes I get free money for food sometimes I even get free money to play have a good days and you have your bad days sometimes I go in there hey I win anywhere between 50 to $800 but then you have your bad days pretty much you go in there and you lose every penny you have so it just depends maybe you should go have fun try it have a free drink which is mostly water or sodas but they do have alcohol to if you want to buy that and they do promote a lot promotions as far as winning free cash I haven't been so lucky but I know a few people that have if you want just to get away just for an hour or two which ends up being 10 hours after being there for so long you don't even realize it because that's how much fun you're having stop in shoot some dice play some cards take a spin on the roulette wheel Majestic Star is the place to go

I don't play , I just go for the buffet on crab legs days.... They need to improve more variety at the buffet. And have more than one station for crab legs. They also need to have more fast-moving waitresses. They are slower than molasses. Other than that it's an ok spot to eat

Went to the Majestic Star for New Year's to see my favorite cover band, Soul Street Collective! Me and my friends reserved rooms, along with the band that night. We had a blast! The hotel rooms needed updating, but they were clean and met our needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered a contentential breakfast that morning. This was a blessing following our New Year's eve partying the night before. I would definitely go back to the Majestic Star Hotel and Casino!

One of the best casinos in the area. I love the bar staff her there all just great people. The security are really nice they don’t treat u bad like other places. It’s smoking inside and that’s always a plus, the drinks are priced appropriately, the harbor view buffet is a nice brake from playing with a view of the lake. As well as good food. It’s a fat kids dream. Overall this place makes me really happy

Rooms were clean. Building shows it’s age and could use some maintenance. Wish we had a fridge in the room. Staff is very polite. Shuttle was excellent. Casino had great machines and food options.

Hotel was great! We had the king suite with Jacuzzi...the casino on the other hand was the emptiness I've ever seen but my husband and I did win some money so it wasn't all that bad. The staff was great, there's a shuttle that takes you to and from the casino and hotel. Overall...it was Nice.

This is a no-frills, gambler's casino. Lots of old machines, outdated, decrepit decor, and smoke so thick, you can cut through it with a knife. If you bet more than $200 a hand, you are considered a whale, and they will give you the VIP treatment. Considering this casino is bottom of the barrel, it's not anything to write home about. I'd actually rather eat at white castle than have a comped meal. Yeah. I said that. The food sucks THAT bad in the buffet. I'll stick to my free packs of cigarettes.

Compared to their competitors this place is improving quickly. I don’t gamble just play poker but this place has staff that treats you right and takes care of the players. They listen and try to accommodate you, rather than the complete opposite of what takes place in nearby poker rooms. The cocktail service here is fantastic and the asian noodle bar was surprisingly really, really good. Place needs some remodeling but on the whole it’s improving quickly.

Enjoyed our stay here. Beds were comfy, room was decent. The shuttle to the casino was great and convenient. Very friendly staff. A little dated hotel and casino. Could use a little upgrade (lights outside promoting hotel, some not working) u can tell the age of the place. But overall it was great and would stay again if in the neighborhood.
