CLOSED DOWN. Casinos in Tunica have gone way down in the last 20 yrs. Believe they're building a Waterpark at this location.

We wanted to make one last trip to the Roadhouse before it closes next year. We were not disappointed and we are gonna miss them. Thanks for the memories. Great people and a great venue. Good luck everyone.

I can say. The rooms are clean, but need updating. We, my wife and myself, were invited for the weekend. I can honestly say that had I paid for the weekend I would have been very disappointed. They only had one kiosk working to dispense money, or bill breaker. I stood in line for 45 minutes only to be told that it couldn't break 100. My other options was to go stand in another line or go across the street to the horseshoe. Well guess I wont be spending money at Roadhouse. Too bad for them, but seems to me that management is the downfall of this establishment...if you are going to have a promotion make sure that your equipment is functioning . There was way too many people waiting on one Kiosk .

Everybody there was so nice, from the front desk, the cleaning staff, wait staff and all the people in the Casino. The room was wonderful. Clean, Comfy, luxurious. My husband has a bad back and is very picky when it comes to beds. He said this was one of the most comfortable he has slept in. We can't wait to go back.

I had a good time. I went to sit at the bar and watch the game. Shaun is a great bartender, all the staff was friendly. Later they had a live band. Fun!

The gaming is ending at the end of January, 2019. This place is the third Western style casino in a town of 8 casinos. It is the least appealing. It needs to be remodeled as an extension of the Horseshoe. Or something different that matches it's exterior. From the outside I didn't expect the third Western themed casino. I expected Knights of the Round table. But Fitzgerald has the castle theme locked down.

Me and my family received excellent customer service during our visit. Our waiters name was CHACE and he was very polite and prompt. We didn't have to ask for anything and the food was hot/delicious.

Erica was a ray of sunshine. She greeted me with a smile, professionalism and provided me with recommendations that helped me have a wonderful experience. I would definitely return.

Chaunteria is the BEST!! She made our lunch an awesomely fun experience. Food was great too, but we will definitely be back for the awesome service.
