Service was aweful. Booked my family there for the week of my wedding and they double charged after initially not being able to even find our reservation. Then refused to accept that they did and we're extremely rude to my parents. Once they did figure out what they did finally, no apology. Had to go to corporate to get our money back and it still took 2 weeks. We also ordered champagne which came...a day late. There are too many nice places in town to deal with that kind of service.

The hotel is getting a bit worn. Toilet ran all night, shower pressure low and water temperature finicky to adjust - was either lukewarm or hot. Bed was comfortable though. Don't think the room was worth the price

Very nice place. People are friendly. It was convenient to get to the glaciers. We went early to Glacier Park to avoid crowds so I wish the breakfast was earlier. We didn't get to try that.

Hotel was absolutely amazing and gorgeous. Staff were knowledgeable and kind. Room was nice, kids liked pool and hot tub. Nice travel to Glacier Park and the price was amazing.

Nice and clean but had a slight order. It's an older hotel, which may explain the smell. The pool is huge and the staff is very helpful and professional. The Red Lion is connected to the convention center and mall but you wouldn't know it when you're inside.

I had the best service and help from the red lion employees and the manager Sherrie. My family had an emergency and she helped us in so many ways and was there for us it really was the best and caring place I have ever stayed. I just wanted to thank you for everything and helping us in our time of need my family wl only stay at red lion when we come to Kalispell. Thank you for your kindness and prayers as well I appreciate it very much thank you again

Stayed here for one night, and had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly, the rooms were clean and updated. Their breakfast was decent, typical hotel breakfast and there was a guy making fresh omlettes. Only complaints are that the room was facing a busy street and you can hear loud trucks going by all night. There were also some water stains on the ceiling by the door, which could be a little off putting.

It was a good stay. I got a corner room with a fire place in it. The lobby has a nice nature-feel.they had a little food Mart. It is very far from the airport, but the is located near a mall, couple grocery store, and good restaurants, as well. Clean rooms, nice and quiet. Overall, it was fine.

The lobby was the nicest thing about this place. The hallways stunk the room was musty the air conditioning wasn't working properly the bed was so uncomfortable I woke up all stiff and hurting the curtains let light in and had holes in them the lighting in the bathroom was horrible and the fan was beyond loud in the morning we went for the breakfast it was just a little after 9 and there was nothing we asked the cook if there was any waffle mix and he barked back nope breakfast is done at 9 wow it was a couple minutes after we went to the front desk to voice our concerns about how rude he was and all the front desk said was oh sorry. We will never stay there again worst experience.
