I was having a pretty decent time until i had an issue while playing a slot machine. I had an issue while attempting to redeem a $100 ticket while playing slots. Ticket got stuck at 4:11 PM. Its now 4:30 PM and i haven't seen a soul to assist me as the service light is on and has been since 4:11PM. Am i missing something here or am i supposed to walk away from $100? Edit: help arrived at 4:35pm. Better late than never i suppose

I had a ball. Plan on going back a lot. This was my first time there. This was the biggest casino I've been to here. I've been on many cruises but the casino here is awesome. The dog races are nice too but I did not place any bets but I enjoyed watching them

Smaller casino, but it was rather nice. Has everything from slots, craps, and blackjack to a sports book and dog racing. Stayed at the hotel and enjoyed ourselves. There is a grill and coffee shop open 24 hours in the casino. Drinks were reasonably priced and the wait staff was always coming around. Dealers at the tables were fun and outgoing.

The hotel needs to get with the program. My husband and I travel all over the US to different casino and resorts and Mardi Gras is the only one that does not allow kids. My daughter used to love going to the pool and Cross Lanes had plenty to do like going to the park, movies, or shopping near by. I understand that there were adults that left their kids unattended but banning kids is not the answer. The logical answer would be to have parents sign an acknowledgment that they will supervise their kids and ban the parents that violate the policy. Change the policy and allow kids again. I recommend others affected by this to voice your opinion as well!!

Awesome place. I go there a couple of times a month. I have taken advantage of the free hotel room once, it was very, very nice with breakfast included. The dealers are very nice and the place is very clean. I not been for racing and have pretty much only been there on weekdays 11-4 or so, not very crowded. The West Virginia hot dogs with slaw are awesome and so is the reuben sandwich. My friend says the burgers are good too. Love the place and anxious to return!! 5 stars! Really!

We really like the new sports betting area. The 20'x20' center TV is great to watch with a crowd. The staff is attentive and the atmosphere is exciting. We went last weekend to catch the Daytona 500 and I couldn't believe the crowd. We are definitely looking forward to March Madness. Our food tastes great and prices are more than reasonable.

Fun place!nice and clean. Smoke free. A little small compared to other casinos that I have been to and the first one that was no smoking indoors but was a pleasant change. Had all the tables you could want and lots of different slots. Not overly crowded. I will definitely return.

Our visit was fun! The prime rib was incredible!! Came in hungry, finished miserably full!! It was a clean place, good atmosphere... We watched a few of the greyhound races, and got to see them interact with each other after the race, they seem to have fun, even though they never actually get to "catch" the rabbit!! Navigating through the building is a it confusing, more signs and direction, and also location signs more visible would be awesome!! Overall, great place! Hopefully we can stay in the hotel soon!!

Good entertainment and a clean facility. Do not have many eating experiences there but had the buffet years ago and was not impressed as the food did not seem fresh and flavor was so-so. Can't speak for the cafe or restaurant as have not eaten there. Gambling on their machines is fun but expect to spend some dough and it's crowded often. Have never played the tables but it does look interesting. There is live entertainment on the weekends with decent music although recently there was a dueling pianos act and wanted $10 to enter. Drinks are expensive but still it's a good place to go and socialize. Also have no betting experience but that looks interesting too.
