Picked up an online order. U can tell it had been sitting for a while even though I was five minutes earlier than the online pickup time. My fried pickles were soggy and my loaded fries were flat-out cold. the only reason why I'm even offering to stars is the woman behind the register was a very sweet lady even though she took her sweet time Cashing me out.

Great food and excellent service! Haven't been to Chili's in quite a while because I didn't used to care much for the food. But now they have a newer menu and everything was great!

Picked up online order. Took forever to get the food. Apparently the employees do not know how to work a cash register. The lady actually had to give me change back from her wallet because she couldn't find a manager. Anyway the food was cold and disgusting. The fries were cold and the cheese on them was hard. The burger was not cooked well done like I asked. It still had a heartbeat. Overall I will not be coming back here anytime soon.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. First time my husband and I have ever ate here. 1st we waited while several groups of ppl that came in after us was seated before us. When we ordered our drinks could not taste any alcohol in them at all.and for the best part. The waiter could not find my debit card I had given him. After watching him look for it in the trash cans frantically for several mins. He finally found it. I got the card said I would never eat there again and we walked out the door.

Chili's food has lots of flavor, and not just sauces, but the actual food. Can be a little pricey, but the price is definitely worth it. One of my favorite places to dine, definitely will be back again and again.

Chilis is one of those chains where a group of people can gather, everyone get something different off the menu, and everyone walks away full and completely satisfied. We live about 50 minutes from the only location in Central Ohio and still drive up on the busiest nights of the week and wait an hour for our groups of 6 to 10 to sit down and eat. Though, I wish there were more locations in Central Ohio, it's worth the occasional drive.
5 out of 5 for the variety of delicious menu options for a variety of budgets. We haven't tried any thing that we had to send back because it was wrong or just wasn't good. This includes our kids who don't normally order from the limited and mundane kids menu.

Hadn't been to a Chili's in years. The service was fantastic. Our waitress Brianna was amazing! The food was great. I had a Smoke House burger and the wife had a steak with a half rack ribs. The chips and salsa were great! Will definitely be back!

My margarita was to be strawberry it was light pink in color with little flavor. Mymeal was fajitas. Shrimp and steak. Shrimp was rubber and steak was leather. When talked to my server she sent the manager. I asked for something else. I was offered desserts. I was given a credit of $4, not good.
