I started playing at the Cal Neva 38 years ago and continued until the casino closed. Looking forward to it’s coming back. In the meantime, when I do go up, I got other Hyatt.

I loved this place! Except for the fact there were cameras in the other side of the room. Also while I was hear it burned down and Chris Hemsworth was there looking like a hill billy but a great experience! I loved the casino!

At 12 15 am for 4 adults we had to wait for 20 minutes to be seated and no one was here on a Saturday night this place is a joke i will send a picture of the place being empty. I would give a negative starr if i could i am on crutches and didn't want to keep on walking to the next place to eat . No concern at all be the staff. Sorry no pic we got tired of waiting we left and went to Denny's screw this place i will never be back such a shame . I bet no one will notice this post

Loved this place!!! Beautiful Casino Hotel. Lovely rooms. Far better than those over priced motels all over California. Reno is a lovely City and this hotel is conveniently located to access the city. Downtown Reno is a little older. This hotel offers a newer modern feeling.

Good experience. The room was clean and they offer various pillow options for those that can't sleep on the regular pillows, for free. We also visited the buffet, which was good.
The indoor pool is to strongly scented of chlorine for me to enjoy and I had to leave after a few minutes because it began hurting my sinuses. You can also smell it does the hallway by all the rooms.

Great place to stay. This is my second stay here lots of amenities to choose from. I didn't have time to check out the spa but, I did take advantage of the pools, jacuzzi, and their gym. I liked that they provided towels,water, and fresh fruits for the gym goers. On another note, the hotel is away from the main strip which I thought was a plus. The strip only 8 minutes away and one gets to see more of the local living and their restaurants.

Went to the Atlantis for the use of the spa. This resort has one of the best spas with loads of amenities. We had lunch out by the pool and the food and service were excellent. The outdoor pool is under construction and was not available to take advantage of the nice weather. All of the staff that I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable.

Nice casino. There are lots of choices and only a few spots that tend to collect the smoke. It could be lighter/brighter. I know casinos are a bit dim already but it would be good if the could have a bit more brightness to traffic areas, also, we rarely saw cocktail waitresses. You didn't want to leave a machine that you were playing to go find a water but eventually you would. That was a bit sad because by the time you stand up and pry yourself away from your favorite game and then meet up with your friends or partner you decide to go do something else like eat or leave. We've only eating at the buffet and their coffer shop. Their buffet is the best in town, but still could be a dollar or to less. The coffee shop is nice and serves good food if you don't want to wait in the buffet line.

Very nice hotel/casino. Staff is always attentive and extremely helpful. Rooms are very clean and will maintained. Beds are soft and comfy. Lots of slots and tables to give u plenty of choices for entertainment. Did is absolutely amazing and highly recommend. Just avoid the room service as it is greatly over priced for completely basic items.
