This hotel claims to be family and kid friendly but it is the complete opposite and their staff - especially their front desk staff - needs to undergo a communication seminar. When I called to ask about maybe having a microwave brought up to our room to heat up baby food, I received an answer of we don’t do that. When I asked where I can heat up the baby food I got an answer back of “I don’t care. You have to figure it out yourself.” And this wasn’t the only rude encounter with staff. When we checked in, we were already greeted with a big attitude about the name on our reservation and were sent away to figure to figure it out ourselves. I mean seriously if certain employees don’t want to work here, then find another job. There are plenty of people who would love to have your job. Overall I am just very disappointed and will not recommend this hotel to friends and family - especially the ones with families. It is not worth the trouble. If you are traveling with a family, especially kids who are under the age of 10, I would recommend finding a different hotel.

I went to the Orleans to watch a movie. The movie was the new Sherlock Holmes movie. It's a comedy. It started at 3:30. Going through the the Orleans it was very clean. And professional. When we got the the movie theater he got our tickets with no problems and got into the movie perfectly fine. The movie theater itself was very clean and professional. The seats were clean. It was me and my family that went. There were four of us. We got our seats with no problems. The whole experience lasted about two to three hours and was absolutely great.

Oldie but goodie. The rooms have been remodeled and they aren't fancy but it's a place to sleep and go party again for a reasonable price. They have a whole movie theater which is pretty cool. The restaurants inside are decent as well. The minimums to gamble here are relatively low. A low key place when you get tied it's don't want to spend on fancy places.

This is my second time staying at The Orleans, three nights each time. The rooms and entirety of the property are tidy, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There's a good selection of those machines that make noise and occasionally give back some of the money you deposit into them. The restaurants are varied, the movie theater is great, and the buffet is delicious. Shuttles run to/from the strip until midnight. It's a great place to stay if you're heading out to Vegas but don't want to splurge for a room on the strip when you're going to spend most of your time out and about and/or gambling.

This hotel is off the strip and away from the tourists. They say its a "locals casino" and it really feels like it. I have visited many times when they hosted the burlesque hall of fame weekend. The prices are great and the casino floor is clean and nice.
There is a lot to do at the hotel. The pool is nice and a good place to beat the heat. The rooms are nice, the bars are clean and the music acts around the hotel are always fun.
The movie theater and bowling alley are pretty fun and a good way to kill a few hours when you're waiting for a show. The food court and restaurants are all pretty good too. It's a good time in Vegas at The Orleans.

Two restaurants on site, one casino and one bowling area. It's probably good if this is what you are looking for otherwise you might look elsewhere. Room was spacious and clean but there was a bad smell (smoking probably).

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Lighting could have been better. Great value for the money. Smoke from casino permeates the halls. Staff was very nice.

Nice room, bed was comfortable. Had the chicken fried steak dinner in Cafe. It was delicious. Waitress was friendly and quick. Can't ask for more.

We stopped there briefly between Vegas and Los Angeles and ate there. It was really nice and a great time thank you very much. I recommend the BBQ Burger really top
