Hard Rock Casino was a fantastic experience! It was a pleasant surprise to be in an AC casino that was brightly lit, clean, didn't smell like cigarettes, and had attentive staff. The SoundWave venue was great for a concert! It was a little strange for a concert to have most of the attendants sitting down, but there was a great view. It's the kind of venue where there are no bad seats. The 300 section was only about 30 meters from the stage. The acoustics are well tuned-- the bass really resonates nicely in the room.

Best steak I ever had but be prepared for sticker shock prices are very high and it was good all sides are all a cart no salad or appetizer check that one off the bucket list. Friendly staff very knowledgeable about the food they were serving

Great service, apps & an Awesome Porterhouse....gave me a personalized menu & pic for my bday dinner....very nice touch....a special THANK YOU to our waiter Jim.....

Amazing food. Service was just mediocre to me. It took way too long to order and way too long to get the food. The food was fantastic when it finally arrived.

Amazing experience. There is very clear signage telling you anything you need to know. The staff was all incredibly polite and even when they did not know an answer, they all went out of their way to find me one. Even had an employee deny a tip because they didn't feel that they had earned it. For those complaining about not winning, I was down the first day and up the second, it's a casino, that's what happens. Stayed in the Celebrity Suite which was very clean, bedding is incredibly comfortable and the views were amazing, especially at night.
Will definitely be returning to this casino in the near future. Well done.

The new Hard Rock in Atlantic City is great! There are plenty of restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment. Besides shows and concerts, the lobby bar lounge and hard rock cafe also have live music. The entire place is stunningly beautiful and there's great pieces of memorabilia all around. The location is great if you have kids, as the steel pier is right across the boardwalk.

Slot machines suck! Dumped a lot of money with nothing in return. This has to be the All time worse casino I’ve been in, in years. Waited at the slot machine for drinks that took a very long time to arrive. They said they had a pool. I was all ready to take a break from the gambling floor. Unfortunately when we asked a casino representative how to get to the pool they apologized and said the pool is still being renovated.... The only good thing was the buffet, although it was just equal to Borgata or the others. Will probably give it another shot one day but not too soon... The staff was also nice so they do have that going for them.

Wow!!!! Fantastic place. Lots of new slots, food spots and new decor. Friendly staff, and security all around at the opening. Makes you feel that you really let your hair down. Wild card is matched to your highest card level from other AC casinos. Nice place to see great rock memoriblia.

I have been going to Carrie Underwoods concerts since she won American Idol. I was so upset with this crowd. The people in the first row, right in front of us, were talking LOUDLY during her performance, at one point 4 of them stood and had a loud debate about something. The group right behind us was pretty much doing the same thing. This was a big distraction. It was also disrespectful to Carrie. Too much distraction. I was tempted to say something but afraid I would get assaulted by one of them. They acted like they were at some sports event.
Why would someone buy first row seats and act like that. I have never experienced that at any of her other concerts. Security was close by but never said a word.
We were in the second row right in front of the stage. Best seats I ever had. Her performance was outstanding. She never disappoints. She sang her heart out. She just gets better and better. Carrie had to deal with her costumes missing but it didn't affect her performance. She had to find an outfit in AC to wear on stage. My heart went out to her. She's the best. I can't wait for her next concert.
I doubt I will ever see another show at Hard Rock.

Stayed there to enjoy a morning at the pool. No where on their site did it say the pool was not yet opened. So disappointed. They said they were sorry.
Parking garage is a trip. They have garages on different sides of the casino and get this they are colored coded the same. So good luck with that. Nice room.
