Can't blame Remington on its customers, but this place felt very unsafe to me. I didn't see too many employees that weren't associated with cleaning. The two I did interact with were very kind and welcoming.
To me for 1st time visit = my last visit. I plan to NEVER return to Remington Park Casino

So apparently there are so called "old timers" that will hold machines play multiple machines or just walk up and tell you that they were playing the machine you have been on for an hour. The staff is mostly friendly however they let the "old timers" do whatever they want. We have been going here a long time and the payouts are awful and you get kicked off machines by some rude "old timers" save your money and go elsewhere. But if you want to see the worst that Oklahoma has to offer and possibly get in a fight or be really pissed off then this is your place.
Revision: now if I could give 0 stars I would. The management there is awful. We tried to give them another chance and that will be the last. No apology for machine messing up after 25 mins of trying to get help they tried to claim that we didn't put money in the machine they finally called out about 6 people called us liars and found the money we put in. Still no apology. Please take your money anywhere else I sure will

Enjoyed going to this venue to see motorcycle racing, and will return next year. I have a medical issue and the staff worked with me to help make my time enjoyable. Including assistance from the parking lot and then back to vechile after event..

Love the up close viewing of horse & jockey at the paddock.
Sitting at Henry Hudson's on the finish line (inside or outside) was a great spot.
I'm not as prosperous on the slots as the ponies.

Music way to loud. Nice clean place. No help on the floor. Tried lots of slots, but to hard to win on any of them. Graphics are wonderful. Free soft drinks, but you have to leave your machine to get one. I even tried one machine 4 times, putting in more $$. Got nothing. So take more than $300.00 with you. That's what I took.

I had a blast playing games. Loved that the staff was constantly cleaning. The casino has upgraded since I last visited. No pay out tonight, and they got rid of my favorite game, but it was entertaining nevertheless.

I always enjoy going out to Remington Park. The staff is friendly in all areas. The management is cordial. I never bet big but I always win a little something. I especially like to eat in the Bricktown Brewery. Excellent Cheeseburgers, bartenders and wait staff. Would love to see more free casino money and dinners in the mail out flyers and more car giveaways and more prizes like TVs and cash during the holiday season. Be sure to go to the Player's club and get a club card - that's how you get on the mailing list.

Love that they are now 24 hrs. Prices of drinks and tobacco more expensive than the larger tribal casinos which is to be expected. Average winning. Not a huge casino so I avoid this place on Friday and Saturday nights before last call! Love having a nearby casino in the city if we don’t feel like driving 30 mins to one of the tribal casinos.

Poor machine payouts. When you have a problem with the machine such as out of paper, it is hard to find a service attendant to help you. I had to go to the cage so that they would page someone. This happens regardless of time of day and even if they do not have a lot of customers. The down stairs bathroom is unattended so a lot of times it is nasty. They have problems with their water so one weekend they had port a potties. Sometimes there is not hot water. On the plus side, they always have staff to clean ash trays and pick up the trash around the machines. Depending on who is working the grill, the food can be tasty or poorly and sloppily made. They do not have enough cash out machines, so there is normally a long line at any of the 3 located in the casino. They have some new games, but again the payout is poor.
