This is simply a hotel, not a good place for gambling. I expected such a resort had at least all kinds of games, but most of them were just blackjacks. They do offer lots and lots of machines, but just a few dealers working. This place has only one table for Texas Poker, one for Mississippi Stud, and two or three for three cards. So it’s just a place for relaxation, more of a hotel.

Great stay at Turtle Creek. Staff was noticiably friendly, attentive, smiling and helpful. Service was great at all areas of hotel and gaming and food/drinks.
Loved our room as well. Very clean, nice size and location was perfect.
We look forward to a future visits.

Friendly staff. Parking shuttle bus is very nice during the winter. Good selection of slots. Only 1 roulette table, which is disappointing to myself. It does have 2 full bars and good selection of restaurants.

Turtle Creek is near Traverse City and is a very nice casino. It's not huge but decent size. The shuttles run constantly in the parking lot which is really nice in the winter.

Stayed on the 8th floor of the hotel for a weekend. Amazing view, clean room, and large in size! Definitely worth the money. Didn’t have much luck at slots, but that could just be the day. Boyfriend won 60 bucks so we were happy with that at least. Friendly staff and decently sized casino. Lots of bars and places for food. You get premium parking and don’t have to use the shuttles when you stay at the hotel too! The only thing we didn’t like was our coffee this morning from the coffee spoon counter. My boyfriends hot chocolate tasted like tap water and my latte was the worst I’d ever have. Overall an enjoyable stay! Without the (expensive) bad coffee it would be 5 stars.

I come here at least twice a year and it's always a lovely stay. The staff is very friendly. And their is lots to do in the resort as well as in town.

Large regional casino with hotel. The buffet restaurant has been "under construction/remodel" for over 6 months it seems. Temp space was in poker room and now in a hotel meeting room. Why is this taking so long?
Also the casino needs a dedicated non-smoking area, not the current back corner which does nothing to alleviate. I'd give another star if both of the above are fixed.
