Employees definitely friendly. casino clean. Dropped 1000 dollars 12/30/21 could not get a reasonable hit on any machine nor could my wife. always before we've done well. I have come to the conclusion I will not be back to this particular casino in Miami. I will frequent the others as they tend to pay out better. Michael Rush

Very tight slots. Friendly staff in both day and overnight times. They are the crown jewel of this establishment. There is a decent selection of different games and jackpots. The management seems very tight with free play and promotions. I do think it is harder to get ahead than other casinos around it. Also, very restricted on what to do with points. Very few options which do not include to trade points for free play. Maybe the powers at this casino can loosen up because they could be one of the best casinos around.

My favorite place to play in Miami. Not too far of a drive from Joplin. We like taking the "back way" in lieu of the turnpike to miss driving through town. We can take $20 each and play for hours. Points earned on the players card can be used in the restaurant. Big plus for us. Staff is super friendly and will bring you a soda if you want. They keep bringing in newer slots but still have your favorite oldies. Not on the beaten path, you get the feeling that it's your own little secret hit spot. Absolutely love it.

Very nice place!! It was very clean. Nice and smiling employees. You don't get that at other casino's. It was after promotions had ended when I was there so I don't know how that was. Overall it was a fun and interesting night there. I would truly recommend everyone to stop by and have a little fun.
