Well I have always loved this place for its great atmosphere, food, pool, and meeting new people. However, tonight they disappointed me. My girlfriend and I were asked to leave. Apparently kissing my partner is wrong here in PORTLAND. Calling the Basic Right Oregon after this to report their discriminatory behavior.

My friends and I like to go here to play pool. There are multiple tables on the main floor and upstairs that you can rent by the hour. The house cues are in pretty good condition, as are the tables. Downstairs they frequently have bands come in to play live music. There's a gaming room adjacent to the dining area that has live cash no-limit hold 'em poker as well as a video poker room.

We had rented the 2nd floor for a week event.
The service was great and why I would come back again for sure.
The nachos we can only okay. Other venues will have superior happy hour deals.
Drinks were real strong, like on the edge of almost being too much.

This place was exactly was I was hoping to find when I told my friends I didn't want to go to a club. Instead we came here to an amazing bar with ample pool tables. What I didn't expect to find was the sensational band in the basement. They we're engaging and set an amazing mood, and I can't wait to return. Give it a look if you're free one weekend.

I was impressed by the great service even though it was pretty busy. The prices, especially for downtown, were incredibly reasonable. The burger and onion rings were really tasty. There are so many pool tables! You can also bring your drinks outside to the tables which I appreciated.

Nice quiet chill spot if you are by yourself. The staff is friendly, and the food is good. Recommending the quesadilla!)

The Rialto is more than just a pool room it's also a sports bar. There is also a separate gambling room where Off Track Betting and live poker are available. If you choose to play poker be forewarned that the play is fast, for me at least it is very difficult to keep track of things like the small and big blinds, what the beds are and neither how much is in the pot. The chips are just flying in. I haven't attempted to join a game yet because I don't want to slow down the play, as I am the slower and more deliberate player. They have an area that I haven't been into yet call the Jack London Bar where they have live bands and other acts that vary each night. The cover charge for these bands can be anywhere from $5 to as much as $30 depending on how popular and well known the bands are. The staff at the bar and the servers in the dining area are very friendly, helpful and courteous. It is no chore at all to want to tip the servers more then the average I often leave 30 to 40% sometimes even more. The menu is limited but everything on it is delicious. There are multiple televisions around the pool room and dining area that played mostly Sports. Just ask your server or one of the other staff if they will change the TV channel in your area to a different Channel or sport and they are more than happy to do so. I would recommend this place to anyone over 21. There is also a place that is part of the Rialto called Arthur's Diner that is accessible from the pool room but is separate enough that minors are allowed. I believe from opening to closing although it might only be until 9:00 or so. Arthur's is where they make the food that is served in the Rialto proper. The Rialto has a little something for almost everyone. Go and enjoy.

Drinks are good. Friendly staff. Has poker table and video lottery. I seem to do good on both here. Fun place to go. Also right next door big pool hall. And nice bar area I think.

Nice place. People are friendly. Prices seem to fluctuate a little depending on the bartender though. Overall great experience though.
