This hotel was awesome. Looked very new, rooms were great, pool was nice, and the staff was AMAZING. Shout out to Vicki the gm for your wonderful hospitality and also Rita and Chloe, you two are the best front desk agents ive ever met. Thank you so much for making my stay so wonderful!

Nice hotel... service was good.
The breakfast on the other hand l give it a one .
Food was not good and the breakfast area was nasty .l chose a waffle beacuse the food container were mostly empty and coffee was empty all so.
The counters was very nasty food spilled everywhere
I gave it 2 because l am in the Hotel business myself and their are things that we can not control
and although we get judge on things that as people that are in the Hospitality field that we have no control over such as Structure and wear and tare.
Cleansing and food prep is what we can control .
So the Manager on Duty needs to do a better job with check breakfast and making sure her employee that runs that area keep it full at all time neat and clean.
Their should always be fresh coffee full at all times not just at breakfast time.

My granddaughter plays travel softball, so my wife and I are here for a couple of nights to watch her team play in a softball tournament. We haven't been at the hotel very much except in the evenings. I have observed that the hotel is clean and secure. The breakfast was actually better than I had expected. Hotel staff has been very polite and helpful. The nightly rates are very competitive for this area and this time of year.

I cannot begin to express how wonderful our stay was here! We needed a safe place to ride out Hurricane Florence in the North Myrtle Beach area and SLEEP INN and the especially the property Manager Vickie came to our rescue!
The staff was FANTASTIC even during the power outages and went out of their way to make sure the guests were safe and cared for to the best of there ability all while working with limited resources!
I travel year round, and stay in hotels 60 plus nights a year and have 268 employees that report to me, so I consider myself a pretty good source of information on both hotels and the employees attitude and work ethic that work there.
You will not be disappointed in the Sleep Inn NMB and the WONDERFUL manager Vickie and her staff!

When we arrived everything seemed fine, it wasn't too late at night and it was during off season so it wasn't expensive or busy. The main reason I came here was for the pool but of course it had hours and they were closing it 25 minutes before we got there so we tired to make the most of our time in the pool before going to our room. It was pretty clean inside and looked really nice but once we got to our room we noticed the TV was on, there were bags on the floor and the bed was unmade.. they gave us a room that was already taken... we went back down and told them. It took them 40 minutes to find a key that worked for an empty room.. When we finally got to our new room it looked really nice. We ended up with a room right above the pool so when we looked out the window it was the indoor pool which was odd but I didn't mind too much until the morning.. when kids went swimming, screaming because all that noise came right through our window walking us up. Room placement was odd and the fact that the staff didn't know which rooms were taken and what keys worked was kinda ridiculous. But the staff was nice and everything was well kept.

I just stayed 5 days, the hotel was clean, breakfast was always fresh, staff very nice (except 1 housekeeper) they were helpful! The pool was so well kept and very comfortable! All around great experience! Highly recommended!!

Feces on the floor! Indifferent management. Plus a handful of other things;
Hair in bath towels. Dust above your bed and all over you night stand. Dirty refrigerator interior. Key cards not working repeatedly. Dusty ice bucket with hair in the ice bag. Stained linens being reused after requesting completely all new bedding. Sand in the shower. Used Q-tip on floor under the sink. Being ignored by assistant managers and General Manager because they know you have nowhere else to stay.

I guess we'll start there because that's the nastiest thing I've ever seen in a hotel.

If feces being left under the night stand along with odd brown stains on the duvet/blanket cover is your thing then you found the right hotel for you! Honestly I am not sure if it was human or animal feces.
The feces on the floor caught our eyes, meaning we did not even see the pens, bottle tops, pieces of paper, a used q-tip or dust bunnies on the floor as they were covered by the duvet on a type of platform bed. We spotted these after removing the stained linens the following morning.
I did politely request that all my linens be changed. The sheets were changed however the comforter and the duvet are the same, having the same brown stains on them.
I had actually placed all the linens on the floor to help separate everything for the people who would be changing the linens, so blankets that potentially sat on a dirty floor were used as “clean” linens. Again, you can see pictures attached of this too.
A picture is worth 1000 words and Management has chosen to just ignore our complaints/issues, as I guess they knew all hotels were booked up those three days and what else we were going to do? Why bother calling us back? I’m sure they will respond to this complaint at some point with a pre-written apology instead of reaching out via phone call.

It was overall a good hotel. Free round of golf, outdoor/indoor pool. Rooms however could be more cleaner. My 1 year old found someone's earrings and I found a cigarette. Other then that it was good. Friendly staff made us feel at home. I will continue to go back!.

Location and price mostly for contractors working in the local areas through the week. They seem to be working on fixing issues they are informed about so if you find something wrong let them know. They are working on items every time I let them know!The staff is very helpful Every time I come in. I habe been staying at this Hotel over the past 3-4 years and I've seen improvements everyone. Everyone I habe met here goes out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable and they keep an eye on things while I'm out and about. I couldn't think of a more trustworthy and friendly place to stay.

We checked in very early Friday morning the 18th.
Everything was ready. We had a pleasant stay. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is ready from.6 to 9 each day.
