I have gone to the Skagit Casino for years without one hiccup of a problem. The staff knew me by sight and some knew me by name. I was sitting at my slot machine with no-one around eating my licorice, when an employee approached me and got with in 12 inches of my face telling me I need to put my mask on. I moved my head back and said "Dude, I was eating and you could have been nicer about it." I tried telling him that I was eating my licorice and he kept talking above me while in my face telling me "NO! I wasn't and that he had been watching me for a long time. I asked who his boss was and he asked me "Why? are you going to go tell on me? Good luck with that, I am the manager." I told him I wanted his boss information and he turned around and called me a "KAREN." That's when I piped up and said "F**K YOU!" I went to find another employee that I talk to on a regular basis. I told him what had happened and he proceeded to call the manager. Sure enough, it was the same man who I just got into an altercation with. He came around the corner with a smug look on his face grinning from ear to ear. I asked him what his problem was when I did nothing wrong. That this was complete BS and yes, I told him to pull the tampon out of his ass. LOL He kept telling me that I wasn't wearing my mask. I told him to pull the video and he refused. He informed me that he didn't need to pull the video because he was there. I proceeded to tell him that he wasn't pulling the video because it proves he was in the wrong. He then told me I need to leave and called security on me. He proceeding to tell security that I was consistently cussing and yelling at him, when that was not the case at all. So, yes I was escorted out by security. Talk about embarrassing and being humiliated. I called the casino two nights later in hopes to speak with a manager and file a complaint. As soon as the manager got on the phone and I barely got one sentence out and he started yelling at me and going off on me. Telling me he heard all about my situation with Andy and if I wanted to be at their casino, I had to wear a mask. I couldn't even get a word in. He told me that I was cussing and yelling at Andy and he knows all about the incident. He wasn't even giving me the time of day to hear what I had to say. When he finished saying what he had to say to me, he than hung up on me. Rude!
