It's a beautiful casino! Decor is amazing and lots of games to play with room to move around.

Hotel nice but costly, security however isn’t very helpful ifya happen to misplace your wallet containing your identification and money. They inform you that U cannot look for it as you cannot be in the casino without id and that all u can hope for is that someone decides to be honest and turns it in. I understand that they’re busy. However, when they asked me for id and I then realized I didn’t have my wallet, it was less than three mins after I’d left machine I last had it. They were totally unwilling to escort me back to the machine i last recall having it which basically took away ANY chance of my recovering all my money along with id bank cards etc. I was then asked to leave casino immediately. I had also been carded when I arrived by the same guard that I was requesting help of. When I checked with hotel desk a couple times to ask if anyone had returned, it took well over 30min for response and was told if I wasn’t staying or gambling I needed to leave. Id utilized the bus to get there but didn’t even have bus fair to get back home in Lynnwood. Walked in rain and night all the way to bridge between Marysville and Everett before I was able to reach someone to pick me up. I had spent upwards of $400 gambling that day and unfortunately my rent money was in wallet, which left me nearly being evicted cuz took me almost 3weeks past due date to get enuf together. I understand that ultimately the fault lies with me, but I cannot help but wonder if they’d taken literally 1 and a half min to escort me back to machine, that it may have still been there. I get that security very busy I wasn’t asking them to allow me to keep gambling and would have promptly left as soon as machine was checked if it had already been gone.
