The bar restaurant is poorly run. I takes several minutes (this time 10) to get a menu and another 10 to have our order taken and another 18 to get our order. All we ordered was a burger. This has been typical of our service there.

Nice place but could have the band playing in a different area other then casino floor so you can sit and listen to them while having a drink

I love this hotel/casino. I've stayed multiple times here and it's always wonderful. The staff are excellent and friendly in both the hotel and casino. The food is excellent in The Flames casino restaurant as well. Would highly recommend the Friday Fish Fry!

As for winning or losing, there is no sense in reviewing my personal experiences, it is like rating my luck. Im reviewing my experience at this venue as a casino, hotel, and restaurant(s). Above all and most important to me - especially when Im losing considerable amounts of cash, the staff throughout the entire establishment makes me feel welcome and valued. Exceeds 5 stars. This matters. Matter of fact, this is probably the most cozy, comfortable, personable casino Ive ever been to. Id say Ive visited about 70% of all casinos in the United States. Definitely returning, recommending all the time.

Well since google asked me to write a review everybody is very friendly i had a pleasant time while i here for an hour i got refreshments but sadly left with no winnings today

The hotel offers many different rooms. It has a clean well maintained pool. The restaurants offer great food at reasonable rates and everything is handicap accessible. The game floor is clean.
