Rooms are large and comfortable. Sometimes I had problems with infrastructure (fails with the door lock, with windows) but they aswered always on time. Fitness club is really good, you can access to the gim H24, spa and pool from 9 to 21. Breakfast is not so good compared to another Hotels in their category. Concierges are gentle and helpful

best hotel in mendoza! beautiful views of the city wonderful staff always smiling franco (recepcion) is very nice and helpful! not sure when the beautiful top floor restaurant is open so make sure you check with reception to make a reservation

One of the best Sheratons I have ever stayed at. As a platinum member I was upgraded to a suite with a mountain view. Room very spacious and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Club lounge was perfect for breakfast and had a spread of finger sandwiches, meat, cheese and wine and beer. Perfect snack before a late dinner in Mendoza. There is a casino in the hotel as well if you are a gambler.

Buen hotel en general. Variado desayuno, excelente piscina interior. Check in muuuy lento. Recién pudimos hacer uso de la habitación a las 4.30 pm.

Concierge service was good each evening. The only concern was the hotel management which took almost two months to get my bill straight; but we got it worked out in the end with a lot of effort. Hotel was clean. Room cleaning should have been better.

Probably the best hotel in the city. Huge lobby and very friendly staff. I was able to book a wine tour through the hotel no problem. The room was clean and spacious with a very big bathroom for Latin America standards. The Casino was cool too and the server girls working there are all fine. This hotel has basically everything you will need, it is a Sheraton after all.
